To be fair, there was a minor flood in the kitchen. Having said this, walk in service took back row to drive thru customers. We ordered 2 quarter pounders with no cheese and received two luke-warm quarter pounders WITH cheese!

This McDonald's is okay. They need to watch there dinning room and restrooms more frequently. And you're ordering through the drive-thru trying to place your order they're talking so fast and cut you off. Food has always been fresh and hot. They have not messed up any of my orders.

first, I will say it is a McDonald’s and no restaurant is perfect. The kind gentleman taking my order and who was also at the first window could not really understand English, and I was asked to repeat my order multiple times, and it was typed in wrong after the fifth try I said OK that will be fine so partially will be my fault but it was just a double cheeseburger. Unfortunately, my bag was pretty much handed to my face with a quote there you go. I will add the line for the drive-through was not long at all. French fries were good, but the burger itself even being made wrong did not look very well done. Maybe just a bad day

Two years ago I was getting McDonald's and my Mom ask for a Dr.Pepper for me they gave me a diet coke and they keep giving my younger sister expired chocolate milk they gave my dad no sauce for his meal they did not give my dad his order they gave him the wrong order they don't have.

Pretty sure u can ignore the review by julia r who says to ignore the one star reviews as they are just "whining and complaining". If theres this many reviews saying that this location has bad service i would pay attention just saying. Just bc one person had a good experience doesnt negate everyone else's terrible experience. Just because its a fast food place doesnt mean you can look down on customers?? Its up to individuals whether they want the food or not but people are just describing their negative experience.

There is an employee that works there that is very rude to customers. She tried to get teenagers to clean up a mess that they did not make and then assumed that they called her out of her name which was not so .. You all need to get it together and run your business better then what it is being ran.... I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere...

This is a great McDonald's. I can't believe they only have two stars as an average rating. It is very clean inside. The bathrooms are clean and functional. And the interior is upscale and even a little bit artsy. The coke tasted a little bit off, otherwise I would've given five stars. The food was up to standard quality, and the service was very friendly. Sometimes I brace myself if I have to eat at McDonald's, but I actually look forward to coming back to this one!
