Velocity Wings is one of my favorite, go-to dinner spots in Purcellville! I’ve been going with family and friends for the longest time, and the food is consistently good. The staff is always attentive and super friendly. Highly recommend!

I love that the food is consistently good and hot here. They seem a little short-staffed, so there was a little delay both in getting seated, and in paying our bill. We ordered the California burger, (which I always forget is really tall), and it comes with a side of fries. We also got the fried pickles as an appetizer, 10 wings, and an iced tea. With tip, it was right around $50. Wednesday is half-priced wings night, so that helped. The only downside is that it was a pleasant night, so they had the window to the outside opened, which allowed the cigarette smoke to blow inside to where we were seated.Parking: Plenty of lot parking in the complex.

Always enjoy going to Velocity Wings in Purcellville. Lauren was the bartender on Monday and is always very pleasant and enjoyable to be served by. A++ service. It would be nice if Velocity would bring back happy hour food at reasonable prices especially for the times we live in. It is always nice to have drink specials and a happy hour but you need happy hour food to go along with it. Too much drink and not enough food makes for trouble on the roads. Keep up the good work velocity!!

I came here and got what I usually got: the honey crab wings, they always hit, after waiting 30 minutes they brought out buffalo wings( I can't eat buffalo sauce) when I brought it up to our server he just said "oh ok" and when the manager came out she tried to convince me that they were in fact honey crab wings, the Honey crab wings are just old bay and honey and she still tried to argue, overall terrible service!

Marking 10 wings all the way up to 17.50 at this point is highway robbery, wings shouldnt be affordable only one day out of the week when you do the wing special when this is a wing restaurant. if youre going to charge that much at least start serving it with fries!! I love the food here, have been coming for years, but this is ridiculous and I can't justify the cost anymore. I understand yall are trying to pride yourself on fresh local never frozen chicken and such but maybe some compromises need to be made for the sake of the consumer, here. Most people if they're anything like me aren't going to go out of their way to make time to come on a wednesday, they're just not going to come at all anymore. It's a shame because the hot honey wings were always my little treat for myself. What happened to the days of wings being affordable bar food lol

We order from here about once a month and swear its the last time each time promising that we'll just take the drive to the Lovettsville location for better wings. This weekend, we ordered three sets of wings, 1 breaded, 2 tossed w/sauce. One of the tossed orders requested an different flavor sauce on the side - this order came naked with two sauces on the side. I called expressing my disappointment and that I could not drive back to the restaurant. I asked could she just give me a discount on my next order or something. Kerri said there was nothing she could do unless I brought the wings back to be tossed. After reiterating that I would not be driving back she said something along the lines "well I don't know what you want me to do." I've worked in food service and there's ALWAYS something that can be done (partial discount, promo code, etc.). After hanging up, she had the audacity to call me back saying I was "upset" the wings weren't tossed and then explained to me the difference between breaded and tossed wings. She even attempted to read back what was ordered and read it incorrectly which showed how the order was messed up in the first place.To be clear, I was not upset that the wings weren't tossed, mistakes happen. I wasn't even upset that that same order of wings asked for all carrots but received a mix with celery. These are minor grievances. I was frustrated with how Kerri handled the situation, there was no sense of "let me make this better for you, with inconvenience."

The Purcellville location consistently has the best food (and top-notch service) of any VW I’ve been to, and I’ve to all of them. They still have the French Dip, as well as the Georgia Peanut sauce, both hands down my favorite, and the Ashburn and other locations no longer do. 100% recommend VW - Purcellville, and get the French Dip and add on boneless Georgia Peanut - you will NOT be disappointed! Try and get Eric as your server, he’s the man!!
