Wow, I haven't been to a fast food restaurant as nice as this before. The gentleman working Monday evening 4/15/24 (5:30-7pm)were model employees, truly how all employees should take their role in fast food restaurants. They were kind, organized, and clean. I never saw the gentleman standing around, they were up and doing various things. Stopped what they were doing just to help us get what we needed. Our chicken was fresh and everything was delicious. My Papa was excited to eat here as there are no close Bojangles in NC where he is, so for the restaurant to be so nice and the food hot and delicious it was a cherry on top of the experience. Thank you again to the staff that evening.
Love stopping at Bojangles when visiting and traveling around the area! We’re from the northern states. This was our first visit at this one. The food was great and most of all the manager was very nice and helpful. We’d definitely be back!

So this is my second time going to Bojangles. I know i'm hungry, it's late at night during a long drive. I want to get a bunch of sandwiches that are cheap. So I see 2.99 for a sandwich and I ask for six. Immediately he shouts out "SIX SANDWICHES". I'm like don't shout that out. I'm not sure what the price is yet. Then the price comes up, and it's $43. Definitely not what I expected. So I said "Just one sandwich." I get it and it's delicious, also very fast. Apparently they did make six and the lady was upset that I had ordered six because now they have to throw them away. I had explained that their system should only display orders after payment and not via shouting. She said it's the authentic Bojangles experience, and we do it to make you order faster.Would gladly go again. But it's a bit pricey and you want to make sure you have your order down before you ask for prices, or they might just shout it out at the top of their lungs. Pretty funny experience overall, and there's no way they actually threw out 5. Weird thing to hear someone say.
This was the best fast food experience I've had in a while. The staff were in good spirits, actually having fun at work, which was nice to see.I had a chicken rice bowl, and it was really good, while only being $6.99. Their tea remains fabulous.The cinnamon twists were hot and fresh. I'm a happy camper today!

Staff is incredibly friendly. The cashier that has served me twice in the last two weeks is very polite. The chicken and fries were barely warm. The biscuit was hot and super fresh. I will still come back.
I ordered two baskets and got one side of fries. When I came to the counter to address the issue I was told that one bag of fries was enough for two (I got one bag side bag of fries) and on top of that the insides are gross half of the tabels aren't wiped down and two employees are right outside the front door smoking black and milds talking about child support. It's like a chicken store from boyz in the hood. Somethings gotta change here

Nothing like fresh baked biscuits in the morning! Try the Cajun chicken. The drive thru moves quickly so no long waits.

I am furious at the service here. when placing an order, I had asked for two sandwiches and two seasoned fries. I was prompted with "individual fries or picnic." I asked what was meant by that as I don't often go to bojangles. No clarification was given, and I was just asked to pay. I did so and began the wait for my food. when I got the bag of food I looked in it and there was one fry order, when I said "I ordered two fries" the *very* rude cashier stated "I asked you individual or picnic and you said "what", so I just picked for you", and then he just turned away and started doing other work. this is extremely unprofessional. when a customer asks for clarification about a choice, you do not make the choice for them! I will not be returning to this location.
