They never open on time. They open at 9. I enjoy Taco Bell breakfast on occasion and I’ve gone by several times and by several I mean maybe 10 times over the last year between the times of 9:30 and 10:15 and they say they’re closed and the last time the other day the guy copped an attitude about it, like I’m an inconvenience coming by to spend money. Everyone else manages to open on time.

Drive thru had no line. Hardly anyone inside eating. But drive thru said "20 minute wait before they could even get to us". Did no one show up to work?

Good service and friendly staff. Restaurant was clean and plenty of parking and seating was available. Got the Sunday taco special. Will definitely stop again when passing through the area.

I had my birthday ruined on March 9th went to get breakfast then after I ordered i was told to go park and it would be brought to me then 20 minutes later they come out then I get my food handed to me easy but when I get my coffee handed to me the lid was not on and half of it pores out onto my hand burning them then going all over the inside of my door and into the window controls of my new car this was a place I liked going to and now its somewhere I never want to go to again you have ruined all taco bells for me countless times yall have ruined my days and I call and yall do nothing I feel like its enough for me and I will try my best to keep it out of my mind because its not fair to be abused over and over

I got two crunchy tacos, a bean burrito, a a “meaty”burrito. The meal was as expected but the meat on the meaty burrito was hard to find.

JUST DRIVE PAST! Thought I would try a second time this week for a positive experience. But no luck. Garbage location in my opinion!

Waited at the drive through order screen for 20 mins. I usually never make complaints but to sit at the drive-through order screen for 20 minutes and when asking how long do I need to wait to place my order they say it’s going to be a while we are backed up inside. You can only sit there for so long. Cars behind me with their windows down yelling what’s going on. Then when I drive around to leave, there’s 1 person inside waiting for food? That’s backed up ? And 3 employees standing together not appearing to be working( I’m sure they are working) hope they don’t always operate like this on a Saturday at 4:45pm

I placed a mobile order tonight received my drinks and asked for a handful of fire and Diablo at the window and they asked me to pull around to wait for the rest of my food.I waited about 8 minutes until it was brought out to me by a nice gentleman.I figured I had to wait almost 10 minutes I’m sure my order is correct. When I arrived home I was missing items and the 2 cinnamon twist were skimped and looked like it was the very last pieces of the batch. I called and asked for the manger Mr. Brown who was not so pleasant stated I could come back for my missing items or he could take down my name.When I arrived I was approached by a worker who saw the concern on my face before I even spoke. I explained what items were missing and asked for my entire order be re made the worker said no worries and apologized she was able to pull up my mobile order to remake my order.Not once did Mr.Brown approach me or try to apologize for the inconvenience instead I overheard Mr.Brown fuss at his employee about me for even remaking my whole order instead of giving me the items that I was missing even though I returned everything from my order except my drinks. Even though Mr.Brown could see me he never approached me and he just started making food unsure it it was due to him having his AirPods in or if he was already having a conversation with someone else or listening to music. As I had ask to speak to him.I’m sorry but in my household we eat as one and unfortunately I couldn’t do that with missing items and who wants a soggy hard shell anyway after having to drive home and drive back. I was able to get my order and had to re check everything in the car glad I did because I was still missing a taco supreme finally was able to retrieve it and make my way home.Thankful for the workers who were willing to help correct my order sorry for the management even over heard workers asking the manager to just do his job. I love Taco Bell but hate the inconvenience

I have been to this Taco Bell so many times &even worked here. So i think it's time i wrote my own review & MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH WHAT I KNOW.....To the people who feel as though my former team were rude, we were not. We tried our best to deal with customers who are rude, impatient & just much more. Sadly a lot of people in this generation do not want to work so it is hard to find workers. We made it work with the people we had. Technology is the new thing,(soon human beings won't be taking orders) hence the kiosk but customers refused to use it so causes delay in the drive thru. That also addressed why we "don't answer" the drive through (although we did). The people left there working are some of the hardest workers i know. Customers please be patient, make things a little easier for people. For the team, y'all were great, stay great.

When I drove up there was only 1 car in the drive threw. As I pulled into the parking lot, 1 car a white suv was parked sideways taking up 2 spaces, as I got out there was an employee in the back of the building with their music loud enough to shake windows. When I got inside, an employee yelled at me from the back, I couldn't understand them, then this young lady, tells me I HAVE to use the kiosk, snotty response from her, I told her that I want to use cash register, she says no. Then I ask for the manager and she says she is it, so I ask her for her bosses number, she rolls her eyes, finally pulls out her phone to look it up, after fumbling around, she finally gives it to me. So I called and left a message, still waiting to hear back from them.
