The first thing that I noticed about the staff at Ben and Jerry's Reston was the warm welcome that customers receive at the door. Erica and other staff always render service with a smile. Keep the good work up because it will keep me coming back!!!
Love this is little Ben & Jerry's location. The staff are always very sweet and very patient. They've been very interactive when I've felt like it, but have also been very respectful when I'm not in such a social mood. I have been coming here for several years on different occasions and have never had a problem. My most recent purchase was a chocolate fudge brownie ice cream in a cup and a pint, a pint of Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and a pint of Dirt Cake ice cream. I always...read full review

It is rare that I can go to an ice cream shop with my nut allergy and feel safe. Thank you to the staff who took my allergy seriously. They have all ice cream with nuts in a separate area, used clean scoops, and made sure to scoop the ice cream from an untouched area (removed the top layer and scooped from further in the tub that was untouched). We will definitely be back!
