Today I came to this chick fil a and I accidentally threw away my card, and one of the workers named Kai was nice enough to look for it and I appreciate that because not anyone would do that and that goes to show that he’s a good hard working man and he made me experience at this chick fil a better.?

Wow... what a weird experience I had at Chick-fil-A today.I ordered through the drive through. I spoke with Vanessa who I have to admit I had a hard time understanding. I asked her to repeat what she had said and heard my order - Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. I confirmed but thought it was strange my quoted total was slightly higher than what had been quoted to me initially. I looked at my receipt and it was different than what I had ordered. I guess someone in the other order line also got the same meal as me, but with a lemonade, Sriracha sauce and Chick-fil-A sauce. I, very casually, let her know my drink and sauce was wrong and probably the order got mixed up.Wow the response, I immediately felt "handled". I expressed to her that I would like to have the issue corrected and she let me know the told me what the order was before I took the bag so it was my fault. I expressed to her I got the spicy deluxe too but this was not my order because of the specific details and the added charges. I also let her know that is besides the point but just the level of response to such a casual request was jarring. She then told me this was my order and there was no mistake.Eep.... I know everyone is stressed these days, but when someone actually is trying to be nice but also make sure they are getting what they are paying for....I don't recommend this location.Food was good.Update: this review is for the Chick-fil-A located by the Giant in the North Point Village Center. While I may have gotten the representative's name wrong, this was the location.

Food: The was fast and tasted good. I've never had issues with my orders coming here and appreciate the consistency. Service: Whoever the young lady was working drive through on 3/23 had a very unsavory attitude and was very rude. Rather than use words to engage at all, she kept randomly holding items up, using zero words, and motioning myself and another gentleman who had a separate order to take the items. Her transactions ended in silence. No thank you or anything. I told her to have a nice day and she said nothing back and walked away. Although it was clear she was having a bad day, there's no reason to bring that attitude to customers and ruin their day. Especially given CFAs reputation.

We came to the Mother-Son Detective Breakfast and I can't say enough good things about their "Team Mom" Andrea! She was so friendly and took great care of us. She even had our kiddos help with a craft project event that she's planning for next week.

This location has extraordinary friendly service, clean, and good CFA food. I dropped in today and was greeted warmly upon entering and wished well upon leaving. A worker behind the counter quickly changed my order from eat in to carry out upon request and personally handed me the bag. The food came out fast, hot, and fresh.

This was my first time at this location, friendly customer service staff, everyone seems happy to serve customers. This Chick-fil-A was very organized, clean and spacious. Food orders took 5-10 minutes depending on specific foods.
For a fast food place everything is good here sure it's not healthy but it's good and the service is always friendly. I'm in the mood for chicken sandwich. This is where I go.

I am a Signature Member with Chick-fil-A, that means I eat a LOT with them. I normally eat inside; however, I had my dog with me, so I went through the drive thru. I went inside to get a refill on my drink, and some 16 year old wants to quote me policy why she can't refill my drink. Never again

I'm a creature of habit. At least three times a week I'm in the Drive-Thru ordering spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Can't get enough! Fast and friendly service. What else can you ask for in a fast food restaurant?
