I visited this place on Thursday 4/11/2024.. my girlfriend and I and my dog (stripe? )went for a run and on the way back my Girlfriend was very hungry so we decided to go eat at this location, it was around 11:10 am .. the store was not full there was barely 5 people eating in the store,and like 4 ppl waiting in line didn't know this place hated dogs.. i walked in with my dog bc I didn't wanted to leave it by itself outside so I walked in and walked towards the side door with my dog , he had his leash on . One of the coworkers got up and told the GM that I had the dog inside, Gm came and quicked me out ... my dog is very obedient and trained, he was sitted by my side, so he told me I can't be there with my dog .. although we was buying food ... I felt like slap in the face... the coworker should of been talking care of the line not snitching on me , it was already their past their lunch brake... plus if they hate animals they should display signs on all doors that says .. animals are not allowed in side this facility or something. I didn't see any signs..so I'm pissed... plus idk what is it but eveyt8me I go it there I get a stomachache, I also asked for a salad dressing and they didn't have ... ..

Don't here Friday's for lunch as I think the cost of the ingredients comes out of the staff's paychecks so they put as little as possible in your meal. For $9.90 plus tax they should not be giving a half scoop of rice and beans or chicken. I had to ask for more lettuce, rice, and beans to get it to look like this. GFB if I asked for more chicken as I am sure they would have wanted to charge for that!

Like most chipotles, the food was really fresh and my burrito bowl was tasty. I would've left a 5 star review but was pretty disappointed that I was given a small half scoop of guacamole for $2.90. Thats a pretty steep price even for a full scoop, but I'll still pay it, but felt ripped off for only a half scoop. Rest of the portions were good though!

I have to agree with a few of the other recent comments. First guy gave me white rice after i clearly said brown. Then he tried to stiff me by barely giving me any. Once he passed the bowl off I had to ask the girl to go back and give me another scoop of brown rice. They really do skimp on the portions. If they just gave everyone good size portions of the food we wouldn't have to go back and ask for extras.

Charging 12$ for only 66-77% of food compared to what other chipotle’s give in the burrito bowl is crazy. I know inflation is bad but bruh i just want my overpriced food to have the correct amount. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless u want to feel ripped off and skimped. Ordered in person and they skimped in front of me. Even the lettuce .

Came in before rush hour and asked for a bowl and a cheese quesadilla. The manager at that shift said that we had to make the order online for the quesadilla because he said it was rush hour and clearly it wasn't even that busy when I asked for it. Been eating at chipotle for a long time and this is the first time I encounter something like this it doesn't make sense.

So I came into this chipotle. And when I was checking out, I asked for a cup of water, and my friend was even on the phone and said that she heard me ask. And instead I got rung up for a bottle water. So then the woman that was ringing me up, started to get an attitude and aggressively took off her gloves to go get someone from the back. So, the whole experience up to this point was very unwelcoming. So then Marcos Lemus told me that he would not be able to refund me so he gave me my receipt and told me that I would have to contact someone or my bank to get a refund. So I left with paying for food that I did not want. so embarrassed because they were trying to gaslight me into thinking it was something wrong with me. I just came back from running over 6 miles. I feel amazing right now. And on top of that, this location is always missing something. this isn't the first time that the staff is not friendly. They are not welcoming at the door. All I asked for was a refund. So I could go else where. But they told me that I was wasting food so they are not going to allow me to get a refund. I wasn't trying to make it a big deal but then the person at the register told me I was trying to take out what ever I was feeling out on them.I would like someone to contact me about this matter. I think they seriously need new management. Thank you.

Charging extra for things not ordered is a crime. Beware of this place; they seem to think it is ok with the Manager (Marcos) hanging up on you when you try to report it.
