My recent visit to Playa Bowl left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the tables were disgustingly dirty, appearing as though they hadn't been wiped or cleaned in ages. Despite requesting peanut butter as an extra topping, I received barely a drop, hardly worth mentioning.Also, the strawberries in my bowl were disappointingly raw and too big, detracting from the overall enjoyment of my meal. Despite paying out $18, including a tip, I felt cheated by the lackluster quality of the ingredients.My dissatisfaction only deepened when I visited the restroom post-meal. It was shocked, as there were trash littering the floor—a stark contrast to the cleanliness one would expect from a food establishment.Overall, my experience at Playa Bowl was so disappointed with cleanliness, inadequate portions, and unsatisfactory hygiene standards. For the premium price charged, I expected far better.As least the service was fast.

Love playa bowls! I frequented the mosaic location until I moved closer to here and sometimes get my fix. My go to is the Nutella açaí bowl. Love the equal portions of banana and strawberries I get. The Nutella drizzle is perfect. Service is mediocre whenever I stop by - the employees just look like they really don't want to be there. But I get my stuff and I'm in and out. Haven't had any issues. Parking can be annoying, but it's RTC. few parking spots in front, maybe should add a pick up spot.

I thought this açaí bowl was quite good, I think it's just too expensive for what it is. pretty small and at 13$ it's a basic amount of fruit and granola, you could chomp a whole lunch plate for much better value. I think it'll be difficult for this business to survive given how other reviews have stated quality control too. price not meeting quality is going to severely diminish their customer base. especially since Reston has so many other food options in the area

Ordered the pura vida acai bowl. Mostly ok but for $11 should my strawberries be frozen?? Would like to have my fruit thawed on top, otherwise it was a nice treat.

Arrived at the store at 8:10pm on a Sunday. Google, yelp and their website states they close at 9pm Friday-Sunday. Well, they were closed. I watched the staff leaving as I walked up to the door. A shame too because I order to go all the time and was excited to bring my family to try it tonight.

We need to have more fresh "fast food" restaurants like this! Fresh, healthy delicious! The staff is very friendly and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl. I want more of these to pop up because I will be spending all my money in this store! Even my kids who don't like much love this place!
