Charging me for cold foam and then giving me that is CRAZY.

This Starbucks has really friendly and efficient staff, and unlike the other Starbucks location that I've been to, I've been able to get my drink within 3-4 minutes. The inside is also pretty clean. It's definitely worth the drive from Fairfax.

Super friendly and professional staff. They have a reasonable food selection, and the coffee is amazing. Although this location can be busy at times, it’s generally quite quick to empty out. Plus it’s located in a small shopping center too, which is good if you need to get some stationary or groceries.

While I am visiting our daughter, I walk to the local Starbucks for exercise and and a place to read the news. The staff is quick and friendly and my coffee is good old reliable Starbucks.

This Starbucks shift manager is silly. They have up all their signs for the pumpkin spice latte and the fall flavors are back and I walk in and ask the barista if I can have a pumpkin spice latte and she tells me they have all of the flavors and ingredients for it and then the shift manager is like no we’re not making that. And she was like please why not we have all the stuff for it he’s like we’re not doing it till tomorrow. And I asked if they could because all the signs were up. It’s not like they don’t know how. Like what is that nonsense. Terrible customer service that’s wha it is…. I will not be visiting this location to deal with this crabby manager again lol.

This has been one of my regular Starbucks locations, and so far I’ve had positive experiences here. On my most recent visit to this location I noticed the floor looked a little dirtier than I remembered, but the coffee & food were still just as nice as the last time! Service was quick, and ordering ahead of time through the app was easy & convenient. The fact that it’s next to a grocery store is another bonus; I can grab a coffee of my way back from errands without an extra trip. When I’m not in a rush and can sit and hang out for a bit, the outdoor seating area nearby is lovely for an iced coffee & a book (or homework :P) in warm weather.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is fairly accessible, there’s a curb cut close by and the door & entry area inside are not too narrow.

I spent a few hours one morning working out of this Starbucks when my power went out. They have a few seating options with one long table or tables for two people. The seats at the front of the store all had outlets at them, which is a plus. The Wifi took a bit to connect to my devices but once it did it worked great. The restaurant could use a good cleaning, the surfaces were sticky and there was some trash around. They had a great playlist going when I was there. This location stayed busy the whole time I was there, so it is a bit loud if you are working. For food and drink, I got the egg bites and chai tea latte when I was there, they were both delicious. They did take a while to be prepare, and it was loud so it was hard to hear them call your name. I wish the Starbucks in Reston had drive-thrus, it would help with the traffic in store.
