The lady who answers the phone and takes order in Reston location was extremely rude she said they no longer sell flour tortillas I asked her if she can sub with something else she told me to cancel the order it, she was yelling and and saying everyone is understanding except u in a rude tone I had asked her not to speak to me in a rude manner and she continue to.I said I am not trying to go back and forth and argue she told me I’m glad you realized you’re not going to argue. I asked for her name she would not provide it said I’m not giving u my name call whoever the hell u want and complain, I asked for a manager’s number she said call hector and hung up on me did not provide me with anything. I have never been provided such with such poor and unprofessional customer service. This restaurant has always messed up my order and have been so disrespectful towards me but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt and came here all the time since the location was close to me. I have passed along the message to the owner, which the Tyson’s location manager was so kind to help me with. This location is not recommended at all. Should try Tyson location instead.

I am a fan of Super Chicken in Tysons, I have gone to the Reston a couple of times. The level of service I received today was terrible. They had a few large catering orders and asked me to wait 5 minutes. I had no issues with that, I waited and they took 2 orders before mines who happened to be Fairfax County Officers. Note: I have no issues with the officers, they were just walking in and moving through their day. However the gentleman at the counter should have used better customer service judgement and taken my order before moving past me. After he took their order he looked right at me and moved back to his catering order. At this point I knew I was not about to beg to spend my money so I left. And I called the store where a spoke with a woman, who did apologize and followed with excuses. The reality you are business and you have to adjust accordingly. I never write reviews, but I am writing one today. I will not spend my hard earned dollar with them anymore.

I usually don’t do negative reviews but this is the third time we got low quality service from this store. We ordered online for takeout, they didn’t have coleslaw but website was not updated so they replaced it with pasta salad. When my husband went back to get something else instead he got upset and dumped the pasta container back into the container instead of throwing it away. The chicken skin almost burnt we couldn’t eat it, the salsa criolla is nothing but chopped onions.

They offered three different types of rice but the person behind the counter didn't have a good understanding of the differences to describe them. Definitely a take out place, and it was within walking distance to a hotel I was staying in.
Ordered the classic chicken sub based on the picture online. When I got home and opened my order, the sandwich was not as pictured in the online menu. The chicken had been tossed in reddish/tomato based sauce. Total disappointment! Also the fries were cold and not freshly cooked. This was my first and last visit. Lastly, I called regarding the misrepresentation of the menu and the employee acknowledged that the online is from 2-3 years ago.

My favorite Peruvian chicken in the area! We always get this to-go and it always comes well packaged band stays super hot. I love the yucca fries and the black beans are flavorful. The chicken is amazing and has strong notes of charcoal, which I love. The seasoning is perfect and chicken is always juicy. The portions are large for the price!

Chicken? Good. Customer service? Not. When I got home I discovered one item on my order was missing and my coleslaw side was instead pasta salad. Called the restaurant and was told coleslaw was no longer served. So why is it still on the online menu? Was promised a refund for the missing item but I'm not holding my breath waiting. First and last visit.
