Walked in to The Counter yesterday, April 4th 2024 at 1PM. There was one family eating in the entire restaurant & one person waiting for their takeout order. We stood and waited for 10 minutes at the door and not a single employee came out of the back to seat us or wait on the other customers in the restaurant. It was really unfortunate. The restaurant owner might want to check on your staff responsible for running the restaurant. Also, it's really unprofessional to have "angry" rap music playing loudly over the speakers, when a family with small children are eating in the establishment. Will not return.

Absolutely fabulous. Made in house sauces, the juiciest burger I've ever laid my mouth on, and strong yet delicious drinks. Server (Jackson if I remember correctly) was amazing and gave me some of the hickory BBQ sauce to take home. 100% will return.

Very good burgers!Came here for some burgers with a buddy, and it was a great experience. Customized, very tasty, and plenty of food. Got some wings as an appetizer, also quite nice.Staff was professional, and the location is great for a stroll after finishing your meal.

I absolutely adored this place but tonight it says it’s open until 9pm, allows online orders to go through on its own website, charges my card and then is closed when I go to pick up my order at 6pm with my confirmation email? What kind of business is that?! Respect your loyal customers and their time.

The manager is a total duché bag. He put us on the list and told us 30 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later he said an hour more. Then he turned around and walked away. This place used to be good. Don't bother!

Ordered delivery and it was the most mediocre underwhelming food I’ve had in awhile. The burger bun was stale and weirdly chewy and the patty was rubbery. Would not recommend at all.

The Counter’s food is usually great. Their salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches are great. Recently the quality has been going downhill. My burger today had stale bread, the salad was smaller and looked very rushed (they also missed the feta cheese). Not sure what’s happening/changing, but it’s not for the better. My burger was ordered medium, it was clearly cooked ‘well done’.
