Amazing food and logistically tight! 100% recommend as a wedding planner and a bride! They will impress your guests. We loved the food on our wedding day. Kristen worked with us to customize a menu that we loved and reflected us, and Carter did a great job of making sure everything went perfectly on the day! One of our favorite moments was tearing into our bride and groom box at the end of the night to scarf down the leftovers.

A Sharper Palate catered our wedding on October 14, 2023 at The Branch Museum in Richmond and they were by far the most organized, easy to work with vendor we hired. Kristen and Leslie were absolutely lovely to work with; they were always very communicative, very conscientious of dietary needs and restrictions for our guests, and were on top of communicating with our venue and other vendors. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and drinks they served. Do yourself a favor and have ASP cater your next event!

I would highly recommend A Sharper Palate for your next event! They catered a wedding "Welcome Party" for my son's wedding in April, and did a wonderful job. We received many compliments on food, drinks, and decorating. The staff was excellent, both during the event and throughout the extensive planning in the preceding months. Carter is an absolute expert in the catering world. A Sharper Palate ABSOLUTELY delivers! We had to plan our wedding from out of state and Carter was exceptionally accommodating, clear, and helped the process move smoothly. She coordinates everything like a pro, even including rental equipment we would have never thought to keep in mind. Aside from the food being downright delicious, the bar staff was fantastic! There wasn't a single line the whole night, yet everyone always had a fresh drink in hand. The hors d'oeuvres had the cocktail hour buzzing and among everything else on our dinner plates, the sugar snap peas sent the whole party into a glorious tizzy. I would recommend them with my whole heart to anyone who loves to have a good time and enjoy some great food!

She went above and beyond for the onsite display. The on-site team with Cater was excellent with their timing and attention to detail. And the FOOD! WOW! They do not allow their employees to receive tips. When paying via card their system isn’t even set up to have an option during checkout to add a tip. Respect service workers! Allow your employees to get tips!!!! At least let them put out a tip jar for cash tips. ?????

Not only was the food incredibly yummy, but they were able to deliver and set it up for us (we didn't ask for full catering service). They helped us with dietary needs for our staff while making sure we didn't miss out on anything delicious! I'd also like to point out how wonderful Carter was to work with - from start to finish, she was so easy to work with, super responsive, and always a joy!
