Why are there wings so hard and dry? I ask them to not fry them extra crispy and what do they do? Fry them extra crispy. $15 gone down the drain. Wings are inedible!!!!

Whoever the dude working the front and answering the phone has terrible customer service and is a liar. He rushed me on the phone when I brought up concerns with the food and oil fryer, was actually hella rude to me, and when I tried to get the manager on the phone he refused and lied and said there's no manager or shift leader and refused to let me talk to somebody else. Anyways I hope the manager sees this and he gets some karma. ✌?Ps. All I wanted was to get different sauce added to the other 5 wings in my 10 wings buffalo combo. ?

For Father’s Day, I ordered 40 lemon pepper wings and specified “light” on the salt. I specifically asked for light salt because on another occasion, they were so salty I could not eat them. So to prevent that from happening, I ordered light salt. The person who took my ordered repeated it back to me. Fast forward, when I got home with my wings, much to my disappointment, they were so salty, none of my guest could tolerate them.I called back to America’s Best, but was only offered the opportunity to return the wings and get another batch. Well, the party was over by then! I didn’t need another batch. I should have been able to return the wings for a refund! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THOS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!!!
