We had a slice, just to taste. Got to say, we had lunch earlier, and were not hungry, just curious. It's the closest slice of pizza to Lucia Pizza in Flushing, Queens, NY. If you know, you know.

My husband and I LOVE this place! First time we visited we stopped in for just a simple slice of pepperoni. Very good just a classic New York slice. Then yesterday we ordered the Birria pizza and it was fantastic!

Such a cute homey spot. I got the $10 sub special. The fries were fresh and crispy. Sandwich was a classic Italian sub. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

I ordered the special, a small sub, fries and drink for 10 dollars! It was amazing and so delicious!! The hospitality was also amazing which honestly made the food taste so much better! My friend ordered a slice of cheese pizza and it came out hot and fresh like the rest of the food. Overall very awesome and will be attending this place regularly 20/10

Stopped in for a slice and wasn’t disappointed. Classic little pizzeria experience serving up delicious, massive, foldable slices. I was there in between the lunch and dinner windows and had super fast service. Will definitely recommend to others and will be returning for more!

Just bought a slice of cheese from the place. Biggest slice of pizza I've ever seen. However there's barely any tomato sauce in the pizza which makes it taste flat. Crispy like New York Pizza big like New York Pizza but missing tomato

I would NOT order delivery from this place! Why? Because they failed to include napkins and plastic ware to eat with, and look at their “Lady Fingers” Tiramisu! It’s a tiny, plastic container you’d find in a gas station cooler!

Way over priced. Got 2 vege slices of pizza and after tax it came out to over 20 dollars. They advertise 5 dollar slices but it then charges 1 dollar per extra topping. Plus the pizza was soggy. Counter staff was very nice though.

Just interested in a quick bite to eat, ended up having some of the best pizza I've ever had.

Building off the massive slice concept of places like Benny Ventano's, Anthony's is basically a place to get huge slices in Carytown. They serve burgers, calzones, sandwiches and full pies, but I suspect the draw is the massive slice. They ARE big to be sure. One will be enough for most people and a cheese slice at $5 will not break the bank for most folks. Want additional toppings? Just $1 each. It's a fair deal. The problem is it just isn't a fabulous-tasting deal. Reheating slices is easier said than done if you want to preserve quality. Too often the crust gets ruined, becoming oddly spongy on the top while becoming overly crisp and unpleasant on the bottom, destroying the structure of the dough. As best I can tell, this happens when the slice has been out of the oven and completely come to room temp. To do slices well, you need to be doing a lot of volume so the pizzas never come down to room temp--and Anthony's was not doing that volume when we were there.Add to the problem that the toppings are a bit on the skimpy side--although they do give you more than Benny's does. Yes, it IS only $5 for a cheese slice, but I would have gladly paid $6 to get the slice nice and cheesy, and I think many others would too. Same for the low-grade pepperoni. Charge me 50 cents more to really cover the slice right. Instead we get a slice that is just meh. Not terrible, but not great. And in Carytown when you Zorch, Mary Angela's and even the underwhelming Mellow Mushroom, being meh is not good enough to stand your ground in the pizza war.Service is pleasant and welcome but if you eat in, the environment is sterile to say the least with tiny tables, that are especially crowded in up in the front room. $1 can soda is a welcome reprieve from the usurious soda prices often seen in restaurants. In the end, its OK. But that is all it is.

The food is outstanding. The Stromboli is the best outside of NY/NJ, and that is coming from a proud Italian.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian pasta and pizza dishes and of course salads.Parking: It is Cary town so parking is challenging at times.
