My wife and I were down by VCU and we wanted Italian food for dinner so we decided to give Arianna's a try.The food and service were both great.

Went in and staff was nice, But the owner was a complete word I cannot use. He was being extremely rude to staff about cooking and when my food came out cold I asked to get it replaced and the owner gave me mad attitude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. You could tell they he was a very insecure man that thinks he knows everything. If you want good pizza and good service I suggest going to Belmont Pizza 5 star everything there.

I ordered the chicken parmigiana entree with the garlic knots side and the portions were fantastic! I loved their marinara sauce ❤️ the entree was excellent. The garlic knots weren't as soft as I thought they would be but they still had excellent flavor.

Ordered from door dash. 3 items, salad, wings, and a vegetarian pizza add chicken. Received the salad and wings, plus a white pizza with bacon pineapple and chicken. Store blamed door dash driver with no sympathy or interest in helping resolve the problem. Very poor customer service and zero concern regarding a resolution. Will not order again

One of the best in the Richmond area for pizza and pasta. Pizza was had a great crust, and makes you remember why you didn't order from a franchise pizza place. Moreover, didn't feel sluggish/gross even after eating most of the large pizza (indicating ingredients are good quality). Linguine pescatore was delicious with a generous amount of seafood. Staff super friendly and prices very reasonable.

Husband & I shared chicken parm sub. As usual, it was amazing. Real chicken breast layered with melted mozzarella & tasty marinara sauce. A soda came with it. All for $10 lunch special.
