The brisket Reuben is amazing!!!!! Best I've ever had. Sides were great too wife had BBq and was stuffed and happy!!! Prices were good food was in my hand quick and hot and the owners are friendly and personable. I'll be back soon and thinking about their catering......smoked meatballs? Gotta try that

They have some of the best brisket. Very affordable. Great idea for a quick lunch on break. Great customer service and friendly. If you come across there food truck in the Verizon parking lot on forest hill, i recommend you stop by!

Great quality of brisket that was trimmed and prepared properly. A little too salty for my taste. Customer service and cleanliness was excellent.I personally did not care for the award winning Mac n cheese. I did however like the baked beans.

Delicious bbq! Husband loves their ribs too! We ordered smoked turkey for Thanksgiving this year and it was not only delicious, but super convenient that they did the cooking and delivered the me just in time for our family gathering.

Birmie's has hands down the BEST Mac and cheese in town! I check their schedule everyday to hopefully catch them near me. Highly recommend - my partner and I's favorite food spot!!!

Had a chance to get Birmies when they were setup at Cirrus Vodka. Couldn’t recommend the burrito more - it was incredible. Paul also hooked me up by adding their incredible mac n cheese to it, which it took it to another level. 10/10, really enjoyed the food and the owners!
