So I’ve come here twice in the last two months; sadly, horrible experience both times. First we sat inside and watched the servers around us serve people who came in after us and then had to ask for someone to serve us after waiting 30 minutes. Didn’t even get our drinks taken. Then today with it not being busy, we sat outside and once again had to get up and ask for someone to serve us and then was told “the servers don’t like to come outside” I’m sorry what? The servers don’t like to serve outside? So how long would I of been sitting outside waiting for someone to come take my order if I didn’t ask for help? Tell the servers to do there jobs or fire them! Honestly I don’t recommend this place at all. On the other hand - the bartender that took our order and helped us was absolutely lovely! Very kind and polite. Helped making up for the horrible servers so thanks to him for doing his job the right way and this location needs more people like him!

Definitely avoid this place, bad service. We ordered an app we never got, took forever to place orders because bartender/server was chatting with other tables. We were pretty upset and wanted to take the food to go so we asked for boxes as soon as we got the food. Got the boxes 20 minutes later. Took even longer to cash out. Ordered dessert we never got. I guess I was so distracted I left my credit card there. Called the next day to check and see if they had it. Was told a manager would call me back. Never got a call. Ended up canceling the card so I didn't have to go back to this place.

Usually a big fan of Bdubs however, this location disappointed. My friends and I waited 20 minutes to be seated, no one was at the front to greet, phone kept ringing. When they took our order, the waitress was really nice. But our food came out 35 minutes after and all our orders were incorrect.

I had to wait a bit to order even though the places wasn't packed. The drinks could have been stronger, it was like drinking juice (maybe I'm just a fish ?‍♀️).My Chicken was dry and hard. BDubs has fallen off these past few years. I love the Buffalo chicken wrap but it's no good if the chicken can't pass the bar.

Ordered Nachos w/brisket and a side of queso via Uber Eats. I live close But the nachos were cold and they forgot the side of queso. Not getting my money again.

If I could give them one star I would, This is the spot to go if you want to wait over an hour to receive your order. The service is fantastic when it come to not paying the customer any attention. I give it 5 stars for the incompetent staff!

This BWW is the worst ever! First the young lady tells us it's no tables available and we can sit at the bar (where there's no seats) there were tables BUT they were all dirty, so she cleaned one, once she realized my husband said it's seating tables just need to be cleaned! Waited about 30 mins or so for someone to take our drink order, when the food came it was cold and disgusting (celery & carrots were frozen and apparently thawed to serve, fires cold, chicken cold! Never will we come to this BWW ever again! Staff was acting as if they were hanging out with their friends instead of serving customers!

I'm leaving 5 stars because i want as many people to come here and experience this as possible. I haven't had a restaurant encounter this ass in a really long time. It's almost comical. That's why i want you all to come. Came around 7:30 and the place was about half full. But there were maybe 10 door dashers and uber eats workers waiting for orders. looked in the dining area and about half the open tables were not bussed. So we waited about 5 minutes to get seated. nbd. then it took a server maybe 8-10 minutes to greet us and take a drink order haha. Two waters, two beers. The waters came after about five minutes, and the beers took 15 minutes lollll. Ordered chips and queso which took 25 minutes to come out. The queso bowl was half full and luke warm haha. The wings took almost an hour and they were also luke warm lmao. On top of all this, the server was incredibly poorly trained and flustered, and frustrated. I wanted to help him, but this place is clearly a lost cause. Every employee here kind of has this vibe of not GAF or wanting to be here. Sounds subjective and hyperbolic, but if you come here you'll get it. I mean at the end of the day i'm grateful for all of this. Nourishment, shelter, etc. But relative to any restaurant I've ever been to, this might be the worst experience i've had, and i look forward to laughing about it years down the road with my homie who suggested we come here. Please do yourself a favor and come experience this. You'll never forget it.

I agree with previous reviewer, this BWW location was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online today for to-go order. I was ten minutes early; food was ready. Got back to eat lunch, boneless wings were obviously old, cold, salty, overcooked and disgusting! Wings didn’t have enough mild sauce to cover each wing. Fries were cold and hard as well! I threw the rest away. Waste of time and money. Never again! I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Upon entry, we were told we can find a table for self-seating which was fine. It was searching for a clean table where the issue began; being that majority of the tables were dirty. After finding a half decent table, we waited about 15-20 mins for someone to come talk to us, and no-one did. We did not even get asked if there was something to drink we’d like, almost like we were not even acknowledged. The guy I talked spoke with confirmed that he was the manager for the night, however, after I made my complaints he was suddenly mute and ended the conversation with a blank stare. I assume he didn’t care. With him being a “manager” and to have that interaction with him, just only confirmed that I will no longer visit this location. The customer service IS EXTREMELY POOR. It continues to get worse. I am highly disappointed, especially being that this was my favorite location and I was a frequent customer.

today we had every intention of enjoying some wings from this place, but unfortunately the customer service by the staff leaves a lot to be desired, at the entrance to the place everything was dirty, they made us wait more than 1 hour and they never brought us the menu, I got up to tell one of the ladies if she could serve us and she never came. we had to leave the place,. We hope they can improve.

My boyfriend & I placed an order to go through Uber eats, before 8:30pm this evening. Our driver sat waiting for over 40 minutes, and the staff could only tell them “it’s not done yet.” My boyfriend then attempted to call the store multiple times, with no answer. Our driver messaged that they could actually hear the phone ringing for the restaurant, but none of the staff were picking up the phone. It wasn’t until 10:40pm, over 2 hours after we placed our order, that we were finally notified it was cancelled. My tummy has been grumbling for over an hour & now so am I

Tried This location multiple times, had some pretty good bartenders others not so much. Can have extremely long waits for mediocre food at best.
