Manager refused to help me with my rewards that wouldn't load with codes given, she just said they have nothing to do with that, which is obviously, NOT TRUE. She happily let me leave without offering any help at all! It wasn't until I came back that she reluctantly gave me ye discount. BUT SHE ALSO SAID THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THE APP DIDNT WORK, even when I apologized. SUCKS!

Naturally Me

My review and rating is based on my experience with my order which was incorrect and my interaction with the manager which was very disappointing. I called to express my dismay over the order being incorrect, and instead of the manager, trying to figure out how to make things right he had no empathy or compassion for the misunderstanding. I eventually ended the conversation since we were getting no where and I am not going to go back and forth over $15. This poor service is definitely making me question if they will ever get my business again.

Ordered through a 3rd-party delivery app. Was told they didn't have a couple items, and so asked for something of equal value (about $7). Instead I was told I could only get a drink, which at most was $3. Would it not have been just good business to give me the same value of items when something wasn't taken off the app once it's become unavailable? Somewhat stingy for a corporation such as this.
