I have been eating at this location for a while now but the drive thru customer service was horrible. So I ordered my food along with 3 waters and 3 oreo cheesecakes and was only charged for 2 waters so I kindly brought up that I was only charged for 2 water even though I asked for 3 she stated that I didnt order that and I told her that I indeed asked for 3 waters as well as 3 cheesecake and she said that she didnt hear me and she couldn't charge and give me what I asked for because she had a damn line behind me.... Captain Ds use to be known for good food and customer service...not so much now. They missed the mark this time for sure. Oh and not to mention she didnt even acknowledge the damn cheesecakes. I started to call up there and speak to the manager but I didnt have the time nor the energy so here is my review. I will say the food good tho.

I purchased the family sampler and it was DELICIOUS !!!! The drive thru experience could've been better. After being served, I pulled over to check my order, everything was fine EXCEPT I did not receive any ketchup, tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. I went inside to ask the manager to provide me with these, they did, but refused to give me an additional tartar sauce. After I mentioned he was on the phone the ENTIRE time, he became very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Nevertheless, he finally gave me another. Lol.... still NO KETCHUP !!!! I LOVE MY PEOPLE. ??

I’ve had a few issues over time with this restaurant. Today is totally different! I always get the deluxe fish dinner with extra fish, shrimp and crab. For more than 20+ years I’ve never had the stuffed crab with plastic in it. I had a total of 4 crabs and 2 had the plastic substance in it. I called back to the store and the manager told me that it’s normal. I don’t agree because this never happened before and I eat here 5 times a month. This is so heart breaking, I can never eat this again. I’m sorry but Captain D’s has lost a family! I can’t move past this. This stuff doesn’t dissolve, it’s crumbly and clear. For the manager to just say oh it’s nothing really bothered me. 53 dollars wasted!!!!
