My son and I go there when we visit Richmond. We have the Mixed platters. I like the hot sauce. My son likes the white. Either one you will not be disappointed. The food and service are wonderful. Everything is made to order, fresh, and hot. The atmosphere is low key nice and clean. Thank you Carytown Gyro for a wonderful dining experience everytime.

The restaurant is clean and the service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the beef gyro platter, and there was nothing resembling a gyro on my plate. The food was perfectly edible, but if it had been clear what I was ordering, I would not have ordered it.

The staff was super nice. It’s hard to be impressed however by an $18 gyro combo with frozen crinkle fries and a cold wrap soaked with a “white sauce” that tasted like watered down yogurt and ranch.
I went for lunch here just recently on a Wednesday. The service was good. The food was even better. I got the chicken gyro with fries. Everything was fresh and delicious and at a reasonable price. They also have this homemade hot sauce that's to die for, so please ask for it and try it. I'll definitely be back and happy I was satisfied with my food.
