This location should do so much better. The food is fine, however the service (which Chick-fil-A is known for) is bad. It's in a *hospital* and I can't count how many times I've seen cooks not wearing masks over their faces (not safe and against policy). The employees do not seem to either care or know better.Location is certainly in need of re-training
This location is not very accommodating. Where is that great " customer service". And also didn't bother to include plastic ware for the salad they couldn't prepare to our liking.

You’d think that a hospital would be the perfect setting for Chik-fil-a’s signature friendly service. But the majority of the staff are rude, unfriendly or incompetent. Simple orders like “half sweet, half unsweet tea” confound the cashiers. No refills and they’re usually out of something.
