Worst chick fil a ever! Such rude stuff. I'm. Uber driver and when I went in to pick up a order they explained that they gave it to the wrong person and they stole the food. I was told oh well figure it out. They wouldn't re make it they wouldn't correct it the costumer even called the restaurant and said just give the food to the driver "she paid for it she wants her food" not her fault the restaurant let it get stolen. They still refused to make it right...never been to a chick fil a that wouldn't just make it right for the customer.

Do not be discouraged by the long line it moves pretty fast. Food was fresh & correct.
Best chick-fil-a I have ever been too. They have better customer service than most sit down restaurants. Clean, friendly, perfectly prepared food.Kid-friendliness: They brought out a high chair, a stick on place mat, a stuffed animal and a nice cardboard children’s book for my toddler, my wife, myself and my kid were all able to enjoy the meal. Something I can’t say for most fast food joints.

Love the chicken soup! Make it bigger not smaller.Anyway... visited this place during the rush hour on a pre eastern Sunday so it was not the cleanest place reaso why I gave 3 stars to atmosphere. On the other side, kudos to the good practices, I like the fact that you can give back the sauce sachets that you didn't use.

Chick-fil-A not only has great recipes for their menu items, they also have the formula for customer centric service. There is nothing like working a long day and stopping by for a meal that is served to you by some of the most positive people in the industry. The positive vibes are always flowing and the food makes you look forward to your next visit.

Didn't get half my meal, they lied about not having a manager on staff when asked to speak to one. Had to drive 20 mins back to the store to get the other half of my meal. I left a voice mail for the manager. Four days later still no call back. Finally called back myself to talk to the manager named Tracy. Tracy told me that they always have a manager on staff at all times. Instead of making it right I feel like I was being targeted. I understand things happen that's why I gave you plenty of time to call me back. If you don't respond after 4 days, just goes to show you don't check your voice messages. When I called I felt targeted by the attitude I was given. I honestly feel like yall could careless about the time and gas I waisted due to yalls mess up. If you don't like your job don't work in an industry where you have to provide good customer service skills.
it is outstanding that there are 17 people working at once, yet none of them are actually helpful when something happens outside of their system that needs actual service/critical
