Everyone was very nice and of course the food was delicious. My rating would have been a 5 if they hadn't forgotten one of my items and my sauce. But I will be back, I'm sure.
I went to this chick-fil-a and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a large drink. I proceeded to drink my beverage and when I did not want anymore of my beverage, I poured it out in the sink and it was a HUGE roach in my drink! In the picture the only reason why it’s chopped in half is because I hit it as soon as it came out the cup. I was not expecting this at all. When I told the manager about the incident, he offered me a remake of my meal. He was very nice but this was absolutely disgusting. I always go to this location and this was very upsetting.

Whenever I come here I just don’t feel like I get the Chick-fil-A experience/customer service like I do in the Chesterfield Plaza location. The drive thru here is very slow, they don’t have a mobile thru lane, and the customer service is poor. When I said “thank you” the employee just said “Mhm.” I never got a thank you in return, or you’re welcome, or even my pleasure.

The guy in lane 2 tonight was very rude distasteful and rushed me to order I forgot to order my son’s food and had to go to five guys after we left. He also blew vape smoke at my vehicle. I would not recommend this location . One bad apple ruined it for me. Very disappointing and so sad. Please do better next time Nathan!

They get my order wrong in the drive thru I politely go inside to talk to manager she says I need receipt I have it show it and still don’t want to give me my Mac n cheese they want me to pay for it.
