I loved Chick-fil-A but I'll give them a break. The young man that took my order at the drive thru was very pleasant. When I drove up to the window there were a lot of employees piled up at the drinks area. I get my order and I discovered a bug in my lemonade and the cashier, Bryan acted like he didn't want to refund me for my order. With all due respect the youngins must be mindful of handling customers food and drinks. I never ever complained about Chick-fil-A.

I'm shocked at what just happened! I go into the drive thru, young man takes my order, I try to pay cash and he couldn't take it. He calls this fat pig over to take my cash. She fools around with her menu comp and takes longer than to order the original 2 sandwiches. I tell her I do not have all day. She tells me: "if you are going to be rude, I'll cancel your order!" I told her to cancel my order and drove off! Her personality was as ugly as her face! What a change in the reaction to their employees, who are generally very nice and patient. If I had her name, I would put it in this review! However, I'll describe her in lieu of her name. She is short, fat and squatty! Her face looks like the South end of a North bound mule, except frowning! Hope no one encounters this mess of a woman in the future!Btw, we had a pleasant experience at the Cook Out.
