The food was very good, don't get me wrong but there menu , ? sheesh!! You need a translator to order, and not Spanish, I think it's the language of unnecessary complications ?

The hostess seemed lost and confused with an empty restaurant. She took some people’s names but not others and would make up wait times as people came in.

Some items were not on the menu.Parking: Parking in this area is paid street parking with those machines or text a number thing. So there must be a space in order to park.

By far the worst place I’ve been to in the VCU area. Walked in and there was a sign stating everything they were out of which was LITERALLY half of the menu. This was AFTER we paid for parking, then my husband wanted to use the bathroom before we walked out. He was then greeted with a sign that said there was no toilet paper or soap. So WHY are y’all even open? SMH

If you are in a rush, do not go here.... We had tickets for the Altria theater and went here for dinner beforehand. I had to ask for a waitress as no one approached our table. Once our meal finally came we had to rush to eat. One of the members in our party had to cancel her order as it did not come. Service is slow. When we received our ticket to pay it was not itemized and we did not have time to dispute as something was not right about it. The food tasted fine and was not an issue.

Me and my friend are new here in the US. We're immigrants. So trying something new makes us excited and Chili's is new for us. We were inside when my friend decided to use the bathroom first before ordering. He was stop by one of the staff and my friend politely said he's just going to use the bathroom and the staff said that he's not allowed to use the bathroom if we are not gonna dine in. We said, we are going to eat here and...he look at us from head to toe as if we did something wrong. We adamantly said we are gonna dine in. But he denied us entry because accordingly "homeless are not allowed to enter". He assumed that we we're poor. He then Escorted us out and we saw other staffs inside giggling. It's just our second month here in the US and we already encountered this type of people. It was very humiliating. Never in my life I was treated like that.

Visiting for work from out of town. Like tomb. Nothing working, sooo slow service, friendly but slow, beer fine, but take away food was dried overcooked steak, was supposedto be avacado and broccoli, it was not, loaded Mash potatoes. The rest was not what I would expect from Chili's. Chips were good

They had almost nothing that I wanted no pasta mozzarella sticks and no egg rolls.when they gave me my food there was no cheese pull and that was the one thing I wanted.
