Let me start off by saying I've been coming here for over 10 years, while things have changed over that time, I still enjoyed coming and supporting....until this past time. It's the management team that was deplorable to deal with and are the reasons we will never return.About half an hour into our movie there was an employee (who I am not blaming in any of this as he was doing what he was told to do) who came into the theatre, in and out of each isle, stopping at every seat, asking the guests for second rounds of drinks or anything else they might need (keep in mind they ask you to come 30 min early and specify that after the movie starts service will only be available at the bar), it was completely disruptive and kind of shocking, whatever, I continued to try to focus on the movie. About an hour into the movie he came back in and bussed every guests area, it's not a graceful or quiet situation cleaning up plates and glasses and throwing them into a bucket. So this was beyond distracting, at this point everyone was looking around like "what and why is this happening?" I decided to find a manager to chat with to see if we could refrain from anymore distractions this movie...this man, Jonathan Chestnut, just smirked in my face, made me out to be difficult and didn't even offer a simple apology or solution for the noise/inconvenience. While I was surprised and very uncomfortable, I left it alone and went back to the movie.Fast forward, my husband needed another beer, I needed to use the restroom so I told him I'd grab him one from the bar (because that's what you're supposed to do), and on my way out the same employee/server was coming in with a tray of drinks. At this point I'm thinking this is crazy bc I know how this system works, and the way they've always done it makes sense so that you aren't constantly being interrupted during your movie that you paid $30 a ticket for. Same manager was standing out there when I was approaching the bar so I let him know the serving/interruptions were still happening- he was so incredibly rude and dismissive that I told him I didn't appreciate his unprofessionalism, and walked away to order my husband a beer and another glass of wine for myself even though I hadn't even finished my first glass quite yet (just planning ahead so I didn't need to get up again), and told the bartender I'd be right back I just needed to use the restroom. When I came back there was a new bartender who refused to serve me as she said she was told not to by her manager. I was confused and disappointed that this managers ego seemed to be the only thing he cares about. I pulled my husband out of the movie and told him what happened, he wasn't happy of course. He walked out to front desk where he could hear the manager and all the desk employees speaking badly about me, so he then tried to have a conversation with this man. Same thing- he just smirked in my husbands face. We asked for another manager...she, Sarah Lindsay, was 10x worse. We tried to just get a refund, they said we'd be getting it but when we asked for some kind of confirmation she started to lose it. The way she spoke to us and was treating us was disgusting, and I let her know that. She then twisted my words, tried telling me I called her disgusting specifically and started SCREAMING at me to get out. "GET OUT! GET OUT! RIGHT NOW GET OUT!!!" (In front of other guests coming into the building mind you) I was so stunned I didn't even know how to respond, so obviously we just left. It was the most bizarre experience of my life.I plan to take further action, as the mistreatment has not only affected my mental health but it also leaves me with no choice to ever return because of how unsafe I would feel, and it saddens me because I have loved this place for over 10 years.

My sincere rating of cine bistroThe service was worse than fast food, they had no on tap beer and out of all the selection of bottle beer only Heineken , Budweiser and a non alcoholic beerThe food was not good at all a very soggySalad and appetizer dip only had two small slices of breadThe desert we wanted was out and the cheesecake we did have was dry.Even the box candy was mostly outVery disappointingWouldn’t recommend at all save your money and go to a regular theater and a dinner somewhere else it would be a better experience.

Dune 2 at 9:30pm. Placed our order but I guess staff was ready to leave, so we didn’t get our stuff during opening trailers and ended up having to get up during the film to go find someone in the bar area to get us our $40 worth of soda and popcorn. Just go to a regular theater, this not worth it.

I’ve been here three times now and have had wonderful experiences each time, despite a few rude and highly disruptive people the last time I went. The people who work here play a huge part in what makes this place so great! Rose and Cory are so personable and an absolute delight to talk with! All the people who work here are very polite and helpful. Thank you all for making the movie-going experience a good one. Now I’m spoiled and will never be able to go to a “regular” movie theater again.

This place was amazing for our date night. The food was delicious and the wait staff was nice. I loved the reclining chairs, they were very comfortable. The ambiance of the place just feels really nice as it is an upscale movie theater. I would definitely recommend going and I will definitely be going again! I can't wait!!

If you’re looking for a date night or hanging out with some friends. This is a great place for dinner and a movie. Upscale venue. You must 21 or older. Arrive early and enjoy a cocktail before the movie. The food is always delicious. I had the CMX burger and my husband had the chicken club. New updated seating. Have a night out with your love one! You won’t regret it!
