The last couple months this place has been slipping. 4 out of 5 visits to the drive thru I have gotten the wrong order. Earlier this week, I received the wrong order again that I did not discover until I returned home for work. Unfortunately, I also came down with food poisoning which has affected me for four days and required me going to urgent care for shots, meds, and fluids today. Apparently others have also gone to the same urgent care after eating there.

Good, cheap chili and cheese dogs. Don't order any fries except regular. Order Cajun or chili with cheese and you get, maybe, 10 fries, which are shoved into a hot dog container. The cost far outweighs any kind of value.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, even when it's really late. Most of the food is fried but they do have a variety of options. It's most cost effective to go with the tray option which gives you an entree, two sides, and a drink. One of my major complaints however is that, half the time, the food, such as fries and onion rings, will melt the styrofoam. I'm not a fan of consuming benzene and styrene, known prominent carcinogens, which is what styrofoam breaks down into when it's melted. I've attempted to ignore this, but you can taste the cancer linger in your mouth for hours even after trying to wash it away with a drink. If your Styrofoam is melted, I suggest asking them to remake your tray, replacing the contaminated food and line the next one with foil to prevent benzene contamination. It may be inconvenient, etc. but your health is the most important thing you have. Don't be afraid to express concern, like me.Parking: This location has a dedicated parking lot that usually has Open spaces since most people go through the drive-thru and there is no indoor dining at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an outdoor walk (or roll) up window that you can order from.

The price was good. Food absolutely sucked. Small portions, little disk like burgers. Just not worth it even at that price. Go anywhere else.

Food is good and cheap but the service is super ghetto, this location will ALWAYS put cheese on my burger even when i specifically say no cheese then when i have to go in and ask for it to be fixed they'll ignore my presence at the front counter for 5+ mins until im forced to flag someone down then look at me like im an alien from another world for being a customer who got a messed up order when it's 100% their fault.

I was in the area last night and decided to grab Cookout, not realizing it was almost about to close. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Shawn at the window for her extraordinary customer service last night. She even made a birthday very special for someone last night. Her work ethic is incredible and greatly appreciated her positivity in the drive thru. Thank you Shawn for an excellent experience.

Another bad experience. My wife and I both ordered burgers and when she got home we opened the boxes and none of the food we ordered was there. It was someone else’s trays. I ordered a Mr pibb for my drink and it tasted like the box was completely empty. I couldn’t even drink it.

I love cookout but this time we went had us very upset me and my husband took his sisters for the first time we were super excited to eat. Once we got home all of our orders were wrong. My husband didn’t get anything he ordered and we asked for extra things that were more expensive so it was very upsetting to get home and nothing was right. Bad first experience for my sister in laws.

This one’s always a hit or miss, depending on who’s working and what time you go late at night

I expected to pay at least $15 for a fresh charbroiled burger meal, but for a 1/4lb cheeseburger, golden brown fries and drink paid $10 and change. Can't beat that. This is like any of us would make on a grill at home. Don't bother with other burger restaurants. Cook out is the place to go!
