Parm Shop is fantastic! One of the best Chicken Parmesan's we've ever had. The service was also outstanding! The chef/owner is delightful and puts a lot of love into his food. We are really looking forward to trying out the meatballs next time. Would have taken a picture, but we ate it all too fast.

This place is amazing the pasta I had was delicious the chicken cutlet Parm was juicy and delicious my wife ate the meatball Parm and it’s the best meatballs we ever tasted this is a diamond in the ruff the area not the best for parking that’s for sure but it’s well worth the walk I will be back again

Placed an order last night for delivery but came to find out that the menu is changing. Management refunded me and gave me a credit for their new place The Parm that’s opening soon. I appreciate that and am looking forward to the new food!

My daughter and I visit this location yesterday for lunch OMG!! Food was delicious!!! We will definitely be coming back. So happy that after 16+ years living in VA I finally found a great authentic Puertorican restaurant a few minutes away from me ! Yay!

Great new puerto rican spot! I found this place on IG and decided to try it since there's no PR/DR cuisine nearby. I ordered online which was pretty easy. I got the pollo guisado with rice & beans, and an order of tostones. It was delicious! Because it was delivered the tostones weren't as crunchy but still so good. They came with a garlic mojo that was great for dipping. The guisado was delicious! Nice and flavorful, and a great portion. I loved the beans as well! I will say, I had issues getting my food after ordering online -- but I didn't dock stars for that because they resolved it.

The Sunday brunch was amazing. The owner John is very personable and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed. The price was also good for the amount of food they delivered. The food was all cooked to order and was delicious.

Wow! Amazing authentic Puerto Rican food! And they have an all you can eat brunch on Sunday's?????? What more could you ask for! The portions are massive so you’re not leaving hungry that’s for sure. Amazing service, and the cook Elizabeth is so kind! This is a gem in the heart of Richmond right off the bike trail. If you’re craving a home cooked meal, look no further! Can’t wait to eat here again.

Everything was delicious! My food was warm and flavorful and the staff were kind. The only downside is that they forgot to give me my flan and I had to go back and get it but besides that, there were no ploI got my food to-go since I wasn't comfortable with sitting in a closed-in, small area.
