They accommodated our large party on a Friday evening. Everyone's order came out correctly and they whipped up a strawberry lemonade for me.

I booked a reservation not realizing the Small Batch is the hotel restaurant in the Westin Hotel. It was quiet for a Friday night. Rimon was doubling as the bartender and server. His signature cocktails were terrific. The steak and salmon dishes were perfectly done. We had a great experience.

Thanksgiving Day buffet. Some very good food options. Salmon was outstanding. Not handicap friendly. Staff remarkably friendly and upbeat. "Service charge"/tip something like 26% added to bill even though our server stopped by our table only twice for drinks. Two meals with two mimosas, required service charge, tax ended up being just under $200!!! Half that would've been about right.

Everything my was great! Service was very nice and friendly as well as attentive. The food was delicious , all flavors blend in very well and not so bad portion for prices. We got the salmon and the crab cake meal. Both delicious! This was during a week day and so it wasn’t super packed on the dinning area. Perfect for celebratory reasons. A bit pricey however its worth it! Quick service as well and alcoholic drinks are also delicious! A must try if your around!Parking: It’s a hotel so is packedWheelchair accessibility: Hand full of parking spaces which is ideal.

The smoked chicken lollipops are amazing. I had the small batch dry rub and it is a good mix of seasoning. The burger I took to go last night was very good as well.

I kind of felt rushed by the young lady that was serving us but overall it was fantastic. We went for the mother's day brunch which was lovely. The only problem I had was the quality of some food options. At almost $80 per person I would've thought it might have been top notch but nope just average. My mom, aunts, and nana had a great time so that's all that matters!

The food was okay, one dish (chicken) was raw, our waitress was extremely rude and argued that it wasn't raw, took it back to the kitchen and informed us that once she got back to the kitchen- there was no chicken on the plate......but she'd bring out more chicken anyway. Service was terrible, we were there for an hour and a half and never once got drinks refilled, even though we requested refills. Mediocre hotel restaurant at best, we were there for our son's graduation from VCU- definitely wouldn't recommend this place!!

We love small batch, it's one or favorite places for dinner. I had the gnocchi and it was fantastic, flavors were wonderful, highly recommend. It can be a smidge pricey depending on what you order but overall everything is excellent.

Fresh, flavorful food. Comfortable seating and ambiance. Very convenient as the nicest restaurant in the area without having to drive further from the hotel. With that convenience comes a price - very expensive as compared to comparable restaurants requiring a 15-20 minute drive away.

Very quiet night. Server was attentive and refilled drink without being asked. Had brussel sprouts as an appetizer which were fine, but not as crispy as I prefer. Ordered the salmon for the appetizer. They accommodated my request to modify the entree by substituting low carb options. Server asked how I wanted the temp of the salmon so I ordered med-rare. It came out medium, but wasn't a big enough issue to complain.Perfectly acceptable option for a hotel restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They willingly accommodated low carb menu alterations.

Service was painfully slow - the hostess seating us took our drink orders (coffee and iced tea - not particularly difficult), and nothing arrived for about 30 minutes. No waitress arrived either - we had to flag down a waitress working the other side of the restaurant to get service. We saw our assigned waitress once during the 60+ minutes we were there; I assume she went back to sleep in the back room. The other poor waitress had to basically cover the entire restaurant. She was great.
