Went to Answer after having it recommended by some knowledgeable beer loving friends of mine. This place has perhaps the best craft beer I've ever had, and I've had my share. Their stouts and sours especially were out of this world. The place is very unassuming, staff was very nice. I would live here if this place was in my hometown. Hopefully I will be back soon!

We had a large group of adults and teens and wanted a place to watch basketball and get food and Answer was perfect. The food was really good and service was quick. Everyone liked the beer options and it was a fun evening.

Some of the best beer you will find in the country. Stouts and smoothie sours are what they’re best at and they are delicious. Food is good, beer is amazing. One of the top breweries on Untapped. A must try in Richmond.

Didn’t realize the entrance was in the back, so had trouble finding the door. My kids were tied and ready to go back to the hotel room, so stopped here to grab a cold 4 pack to go. I really enjoyed the beer and hope to visit the taproom one day.

Ample parking around the back with lots of space both inside and out. They have a lot of beer on tap and decent food. Much of the beer is their own with some guest taps. Well worth a visit, if you don’t like it then Mekong is next door

Lots of Taps - And A Lot of Fruity Beers We stopped in for dinner and to try the beer. Friendly service, large portions on the food. They have a lot of fruity beers, sours, stouts and IPAs. Fewer lagers and no Trappist style beers, so not as many that happen to appeal to me. Their fish and chips was a nice portion and fresh. The calamari was very light and fresh and served with a Vietnamese style sweet sauce. The place looks like it really hops without COVID. The parking and entrance is in the back.

My first visit to this brewpub this past weekend. It's owned by the same guy who owns the Mekong Vietnamese Restaurant next door; here he can take his love of craft beer to the next level. Currently seating capacity is limited because of COVID-19, but it was still a lively place and they were doing great business. Food is delicious and was prepared quickly. The staff is very informative especially if you have questions about the beers on tap. Richmond is already beer and food crazy, but hopefully you will find time for The Answer!
This was near my hotel and I like beer, and Vietnamese food so win win. The beers were all amazing and the food was a bit of a different twist on the normal offerings. Like it so much I came back the following night as well. Friendly bartenders if you are alone traveling on business too and the prices were low.

Went here after eating at Mekongs which is in the front of this establishment. We came here mainly for the beer selection which is huge. This place has like 50-60 taps. Knowledgeable staff. Great craft beer selection. Something for everybody. Highly recommend checking this place out.

We met friends here for lunch.There was a wide variety of craft beer selections for all of our tastes. Everyone loved their selections. A few chose flights which if you were unsure what to drink is a perfect choice. Good beers on the lighter side as well. The ramen is fantastic and quite filling. The pork sliders are delicious. Overall fun time. Though I will warn you if you are going during winter, dress warm. The temp is quite chilly inside!
