The wife and I stopped in on a drizzly Saturday evening for a reservation of a bay and had a hum-ho / unfortunately very-mid experience. The facilities are not in the shape they were when DriveShack was new. Drinks were over-priced and very poorly executed. Should've had a beer instead of trusting in any cocktail menu. In the men's room, they also had not kept up with stocking the paper towel rolls which were totally out. Also the hand-dryer in the men's room was barely functional (essentially requiring you to touch the end of the nozzle continuously to keep the dryer flowing (2nd floor)). On a cold/chilly evening, the heaters for the bay turned off at the very beginning of our session, without any warning/explanation from our hostess in advance about it 'timing out' even though the bay was set to high. We did figure out how to restart the bay heat ourselves, but I would have thought the server might have warned us. The oddball trackman app requirement was unexpected and seemed like an unnecessary info grab/app deployment. Many of the RFID chipped balls were unresponsive when used which led to many of the 'games' performing poorly. Many of the game designs failed to reasonably display how the game overlays on the actual drive-range, leading to inconsistent gaming experiences. The gaming interface was laggy, slow, and poorly thought out - completely under-powered and under-developed and it shows. While we had a 2 hour session booked, we left after just over an hour due to the lack of gameplay/operational consistency, the poor drink execution, and the general sense that we could have a better time doing something else elsewhere. And we did.Our sense is that we won't be going back to DriveShack anytime soon.I'll head over to TopGolf in Scott's Addition from here on out. I've experienced far better operational quality, gameplay, drink-execution, and more consistency at TopGolf locations both in and out of the state.

Absolutely love the service, the food is good, great atmosphere to take the family. The manager Suz was absolutely amazing checking on us while we dined waiting for our bay. We will be back!
