We stopped here for lunch when in town due to the reviews. There are a couple outdoor tables and a few inside but the inside ones are currently closed. The place itself is cute with a vintage vibe. Staff are nice. The menu is small but offers a good range of options. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which was tasty. I only wish the chicken had been shredded instead of chunked. It was a little dry because the big chunks don’t hold onto enough mayo. The biscuit was great though. My husband had a biscuit of the day which was covered in a maple and bacon topping. Our teenage son had biscuits and gravy. It was a great lunch overall, though we had to eat it in our car. If I had known about the lack of seating, I would have planned a picnic spot. Anyway, if I were in the area again, I would definitely return. I highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

Short and sweet menu. Their biscuits and crazy was so filling. Next time I need to sample their bakery items.

Early bird rings true to its name. Make sure you get there early because things sell out. Biscuit was soft and full of flavor. Sausage gravy could have used more sausage but tasted great.

This and That

This place has a lot of potential. It's one of few breakfast places in the immediate area, it's cute, it has biscuits. What's there not to like. The biscuit was not great. It just didn't impress or hit the spot and also dry tho biscuits can be dry. I had an egg and cheese... it was maybe a 5/10 as far as taste. I wouldn't go back but I hope that they make tweaks to the sandwich and improve because there is room and potential for growth.

The best biscuits, period. Plus, a nicer staff you will never meet. Always up for a chat while they prepare your order, these biscuit gurus have a great attitude towards customers and their work!

Excellent food, great prices, nice employees. Greeted with a smile and my food was ready very quickly! Definitely coming back.

The biscuits are absolutely amazing. They are some of the best biscuits around the area. I've had others to compare. Parking is pretty convenient but beware of a line at times as they are pretty popular.

You can't go wrong here, the only good thing about working the night shift is I get to have a great breakfast, I am particularly fond of the biscuits and sausage gravy but everything is great. Parking is also good.

Biscuit is huge and fluffy. I had the omelette biscuit, my SO had chicken biscuit. We were able to eat outside, they have one table and we got lucky to have it. We'll definitely go back to try different biscuit.

I went to the Early Bird Biscuit this morning at 8. The main reason I went was because of the pictures on Yelp. It appears they make their own pop-tarts and there was also a picture of a chocolate chip biscuit. So I decided to give it a try. I walked in and there was a lady with her kids in the store. Place was pretty small but that doesn't really matter. I looked at the cabinet containing a few baked goods and saw a lot of empty plates apparently where items WERE. I asked if they had any more of the pop-tarts and they said no. So I asked if they had that chocolate chip biscuit and they said no. I ordered a chicken biscuit and asked if they had any condiments and all they had was hot sauce. The biscuit was pretty good but the chicken was dry and bland. It only took about 20 seconds after ordering for it to be ready which is a little sus. Of course no napkins either. That may have been my fault. Maybe I didn't see where they were. I assumed that they would be in the bag or in an obvious spot. As I walked out, I took notice of the sign that said "Early Bird Biscuit Co. and Bakery." I guess overall I was pretty disappointed but what really got me is that while their main product may be the biscuits, they also claim to be a bakery and to be out of almost everything baked goods wise, an hour after opening... I mean, I get I was an hour late but I would think that they would have had more baked good and for a longer period of time? Idk. I guess in this case, the early bird gets the pop tarts. Oh well.

Sub par and very limited menu on the weekends. You can get a loaded omelet but not a bacon egg and cheese on the weekend... Biscuit and gravy was good though.

Very nice. Personal service at the counter. It was our first time there and I explained that to them. They were very nice to explain everything. We both got the special omelette biscuit and coffee. We sat outside as well. Nice neighborhood with friendly people.

The people working were super nice and friendly! The biscuits were amazing. We got the biscuit and gravy and the ham biscuit. If I were to complain, I would say that I wish they had more coffee options, but that’s if I wanted to complain. The store is decorated with vintage pieces like radios. Can’t wait to go back!

I would give this place 3 1/2 stars, but I’ll round to 4 ;) the biscuits are very good- fluffy and not dry. The gravy was yummy. Their special today was a peaches and cream biscuit which was basically a biscuit topped with a too sweet powdered sugar icing and cut up canned peaches. It was not good. My husband liked his biscuit sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese) but felt the sandwich ingredients could have been better quality. Overall their namesake is biscuit, and they do that right. Service was friendly and fast.
