Never been, but if you look in the window, you'll know why - would love it if the health department stopped

This is by far the worst Chinese food that I have ever purchased! I ordered a shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce. The broccoli was overcooked and had a weird taste...the shrimp was tasteless. The rice was dry. The gravy had a funny texture, was scant and flavorless. I never had food that taste like this. I threw it away. This was my first and last time buying food from here.

The WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had in Richmond VA. I would have been better off going to Wawa. Never again! This place needs a health inspector there ASAP!! The fried chicken did not smell right, taste right or look right. I wouldn’t let an enemy of mine eat here!!!

I had the chicken chow mein. It was literally the blandest Chinese food I've ever had. There was a lot of food for the price, so I will give it some credit, but seriously no flavor.

Unfortunately this is probably some of the flavorless Chinese food I've had in Virginia. I should have known something was off because when I called to place my order, they said 20 minutes instead of the traditional 10 minutes haha. I might be bias because I'm from up north. If I'm paying 13 dollars for a combo platter the least they could have done is throw some utensils in my bag and maybe a of couple soy sauce packets. The egg roll was the best thing about to meal and was your standard egg roll. The chicken very lightly sauced and barely had any chicken in there. The fried rice was very plain and had little to no seasoning and tasted burnt. Very disappointing and will not return.

The food here is not bad (skip the lo mein, rest is pretty good) the issue is their hours. Twice now they appear to be open and I've ordered online only to get there and see they are closed. Pretty ridiculous to not shut off your online ordering if you are closed.

Is it possible to give a rating of zero? Guess not. If you like fake frozen chinese in a bag that gets heated up in a dirty wok then you are going to absolutely love this place. Been living in shockoe bottom for damn near 10 years and this place hasn't changed a bit. When you order here, you always get what you deserve.

I picked up my order. I saw some tables inside, but it didn't appear that they were open for eat-in.All my food was fresh, hot, and very flavorful. The hot and sour soup did not include the traditional shiitake mushrooms but were similar to bellas, which I didn't care for, but otherwise, it was chock full of tofu, egg, and bamboo shoots. The soup's consistency was spot-on.The spring rolls were hot and perfectly crispy.Pictured is the szechuan beef. It is mildly spicy, saucy, and also full of vegetables. The beef was tender and savory. I requested that they add some broccoli, which was cooked crisp-tender, not mushy! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. My total bill for all 3 items was just $22 tax included. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This may be the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life!!! Absolutely flavorless & plain. I tried it twice… same experience. Very disappointing. You also have to order it through a homemade “box” through some plexiglass behind a locked door. (There is no inside)Absolutely horrible!!! Save your money. Drive further for better food, better atmosphere.
