Received a delivery for Valentines Day which was a beautiful chocolate covered strawberries arrangement but the strawberries tasted as it they had been frozen and thawed. Also some of the strawberries had mold. I called the store on Main Street in Richmond, Virginia where they were ordered the same dayafter hours for someone to call me back. The next day I called several times, as of yet no one has called. Why is it so complicated to receive a call back? Unbelievable. Well, I'm going to keep on trying until I get this resolved.

I went into the store the weekend before my dad's birthday to order an arrangement. The woman assisting me was a huge help. I felt very happy with what was going to be delivered to him. When it was delivered my folks gave me a call and were very excited. The arrangement was very pretty but more importantly the fruit looked fresh and delicious. My dad said it was some of the best fruit he has had in a while. Thank you for doing a great job for my dad's birthday.

Boss's Day gift was delivered at the end of the work day, which is not ideal. For the price of these arrangements, they need to step up their game and have deliveries made by 11:00am at the latest. Don't waste your money! Not worth it.

Do NOT waste your time or money!!! Recently, we had a family friend pass away, and we sent the "Peace & Doves Platter" as a gift to them (June 24th, 2023). We request if possible to be delivered before 11 AM and we put the phone number of the recipient along with our phone number. No one contacted either myself or the recipient and left the order out in the heat by the door late that evening and it all melted and no one was able to use it... beyond disappointed and very frustrated to have spent that money and it's all gone to waste. We have tried to contact the store and 1800 number left voicemails and no answer nor a call back. All our friends had was a big mess to cleanup.The recipient actually contacted the store and they said they could not do anything about it. We have bought and received edible gifts several times before but only for this one time to be a total disappointment. Sadly it's the last time using edible and I will not be recommending it to family and friends. Total disappointment!!!

I placed an order to be delivered to my significant other for mother's day. When the order arrives it was not delivered in a refrigerated vehicle as promised on the website. When we recieved the items I couldn't believe the quality in which they were in. The flowers all squashed and half dead. They werent in water or the vace. ALSO they were not even the correct flowers I ordered. I ordered yellow and pink and received purple. The edible arrangement was thawed and one of the strawberries even had mold on it. This was the first time I've used this service and I am beyond disappointed. Imagine if I wasn't there when the order was delivered I had to basically assemble the order myself and rebuild the bouquet to seem somewhat presentable. I've submitted a claim and waited over 48 hours and have not recieved any word from the store at all. I've tried calling all morning and no one picks up the phone. Ridiculous!

BEWARE OF DELIVERY DRIVER taking pictures of recipients on his cell phone. I ordered a Mother's Day EA on May 10th to be delivered on May 11th. I live in CA. She lives in VA. EA informed me that this location would be preparing her gift as well as delivering it. Although it was delivered on May 11th. It was delivered after 7:00 PM which is rather late. Here's my discrepancy. The delivery driver told my mother that he needed to take a picture of her to confirm delivery. My mother was not comfortable with his appearance, insistence or demeanor. Not only did he appear disheveled. He was not wearing a uniform or name tag. Nor was he driving a company car or truck. I've called the #800 as well as this location's number. And have left my name and number. My mother has also called. To no avail. We've received no response. The delivery driver's behavior was creepy, unnerving and unprofessional. I also called an EA location here in Los Angeles and asked if it was there policy for them to take pictures of the recipient as proof of delivery. I was told IT WAS NOT. That pictures are only taken of the arrangement, when the person isn't home and the EA has to be left with a neighbor. I am very upset that my mother had this encounter with this odd man. It has totally spoiled the sentiment behind the gift. I plan on reaching out to corporate regarding this matter. Judging by the reviews already here. Edible Arrangements claimed they tried to deliver my arrangement, but could not. I don't believe them because the building as a 24/7 Concierge that could receive the delivery. Nobody at the store will answer the phone. Do not order from this place.

I purchased a Valentines Day cupcake, teddy bear and berry bundle for $148 a week before Valentines Day to be delivered the day of. My order did not arrive until 9:25 p.m the night of Valentines Day, the icing was off the cupcakes and I also ordered the balloon bundle and only received ONE balloon for $15.

Thank you, you all definitely care about your customers and your business. I received my Valentine's Day gifts yesterday, but the card was missing. Not only did you make sure I got my love note from my handsome fiancé, but you also threw in more chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you so much, and everything taste great! :-)

EDIT 1/19/2023DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ONLINE! YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECOMMENDMORE THAN UNHAPPY NOW. I inform you the delivery was not good, part is missing and I get to pay 95$ for your bad service and product? I called the number below as you requested and the man answering the phone informed me I had been refunded on 1/16/2023. He informed me I get $32 back which is the cost of flowers and tax. So I sent my mother in law a birthday gift of substandard wet fruit/no flowers and now this additional waste of my time speaking with what sounded like the same man from my last call with EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! What was the point of having me call just to repeat yourself AGAIN! He did that during my call to your service center and he refused to allow me to speak with any one else. This is an insult to add to your initial injury. You are CROOKS! You stole money from me for garbage! DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ONLINE YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECOMMENDOnline they sold me flowers and dipped fruit. The flowers were not actually available in the store but they took my money and sold me them online anyway. After charging $127+ for 12 pieces of fruit and flowers, they did not send the flowers because they did not have them. The gift arrived in part but they did not notify me at all, I had to beg for a refund. They sent half a gift but would only refund $29 of the $127 charge. So all in all I spent $97 for 12 pieces of wet and damaged fruit. I am more than disappointed with the service received from Mohammed Junaid over the phone at their corporate office. In addition to refusing to allow me to speak to someone else he kept repeating himself. Certainly he is SORRY to say the least. I am a very dissatisfied customer and refunding me less than half when you baited and switched the purchase is criminal. Edible Arrangements you left me believing your reps and your company are CROOKS! NOTE: Christina at the local office is super nice. Still doesn't change the facts...
