A very nice and clean store. They sell a variety of bagels and can make many types of sandwiches on bagels. Their ham, egg & cheese bagel is delicious. Currently, they only have outdoor dining tables, but indoor seating will be available in January, 2024.

unbelievable I purchased the brunch box what do I get cold food! the cheese was never even hot enough to melt, when I returned I asked the employee to check the sandwhich he said it's still warm.....the nerve the cheese was still in its original unmelted state the bacon looked partially raw...then when I get a return for the purchase they don't even put it back on my card they handed me cash! and then went oh I didn't know if it was cash...then why did I keep putting my card in the machine when he asked and since he asked how did he not know!? unbelievable these people do not deserve jobs.

This location is awful. Their hours are severely limited. The workers always seem high. The case is always almost near empty. Bagels are cold/tough. Forget about asking them to warm something up, it’s never going to happen. They are going to do the least possible to assist a customer.

Disappointing. I used to love this place. Now they are always out of bagels hours before closing. If you ask to have your bagel toasted they stick in in for 5 seconds and the bagel isn’t toasted and you get it cold. I stopped coming every weekend because I’d always get a cold bagel. I’ve gone back every now and again hoping things would have improved but it just keeps getting worse and worse. I wish I took a picture but they had 15 bagels max, the majority ancient grain and French toast with a few plains. After coming regularly for 8 years I have officially put Einsteins on my never again list.

They packed my bag with the juice sideways so when I went to pick it up, it broke and the juice went all over the floor. No one apologized for their mishap. There needs to be a new way of presenting their items.
I love Einstein Bros. Bagels breakfast sandwiches! I tend to get the bacon, egg, and cheddar on an Asiago bagel breakfast sandwich. It's so tasty!

This shop is filthy! The staff are friendly, but slow and sullen. The place is in dire need of renovation. In the meantime, it needs some serious deep cleaning!

Great place for a quick sandwich and beverage. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection to choose from. I will certainly come back when it's a little cooler, tho. There is no place to sit inside for some reason. All the sitting areas outside were filled.
