The attitude of the guy behind counter made me change my mind about ordering. My husband ordered a bagel sandwich that he enjoyed, but it was hard to find a clean table. My husband unexpectedly sat down on a chair with a pool of brown liquid. When we got there we were the only customers. They should have had time to attend to the eating area.

First of all, the bagels are good and Penelope was a real trooper running the place by herself and still having a great attitude. Actually every worker I've encountered there has been good. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here—maybe they just can't hire enough people to keep the place running at full capacity, but aside from that, there is no reason they should still be operating in pandemic mode. There are no tables, only one person working the counter, and they run out of bagels very quickly.

I love my bagel and lox sandwich. My husband said his bacon egg and cheese bagel was nice as well. There are no tables and chairs in this restaurant to eat your hot food! The manager said they have all been taken out since covid. Very lame. I want to sit and eat my hot food somewhere..... There was no smile or greetings from people working here... They were also out of poppy bagels at 8:00 am. NO care at all..... What happen to the friendly service that used to be here! I bet it's under new management. I felt like they were doing me a favor making my breakfast..... Food was good. I did thank the girl making the food. Not sure why this man up front was a grumpus....

I used to go here in HS years ago and have many good memories dining in. No seating anymore- when asked why there’s no seating she said bc of Covid. It’s November 2023 that’s ridiculous. The blueberry muffins used to be huge and now they’re small and look like they were made yesterday. The was apathetic and has service has an attitude. I’ll be bringing my money elsewhere.

I've been going to this Einsteins location for 15 years and have loved it. However, they have completely cleared out the seating so no one can come and relax and eat their food! Not even stools to sit while you're waiting for your food! When I asked the worker why there's no more seating, she said it's a corporate rule because of Covid, I was even more shocked! Other locations have moved on from Covid and have open seating, but this location is very behind times. Will not be going back here again!

Came here because the only guy at subway cut his hand and couldn't make sandwiches(he was OK just bleeding a bit)This place has a cool menu with lots of options, prices aren't too bad,Decent do it yourself coffee area,I got the Texas BBQ brisket breakfast sandwich and it was good if not a little thin. Get 2 eggs for sure.I got a coffee and strawberry strudel which they heated up and was super good.All for 12$ or so wasn't too bad.One thing that was odd was there was no seating at all besides a few highchairs.Maybe remodeling?Eitherway was a good stop ?Parking: Easy parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access

Amazed by options have never seen before, delicious baggers, super friendly customer service, they explained options with great patience. Multiple options for cream cheese. I would go for baker's dozen..

This place serves when you crave a bagel. The bagels have a nice chew and flavor, but aren't amazing.It's take out only. Indoor seating has been removed and still hasn't been replaced when I went in early September 2023.
