Hands down the best steakhouse in the city! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted like family by the warm and welcoming staff. The steak? Absolutely divine – cooked to perfection every time. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service, especially from our favorite server, Kim. Her attention to detail and genuine care make every visit memorable. Management goes above and beyond to ensure a first-class experience. Whether it's a special occasion or just a casual dinner, this steakhouse never disappoints. A must-visit for steak lovers!

Quite expensive so I anticipated a high quality meal... didn't happen. The medium steak was brown and dry throughout. The manager did offer to cook another but the moment had passed. Watery, flavorless mashed potatoes and a dry, burned baked potato with minimal, sour cream, butter etc... Fishy, bland scallops and a very common salad didn't make the grade either. The waiter, hostess and staff were nice which earned the extra star. I really wanted to like this place as it is in my neighborhood and I want to support Fashion Place Mall but just a total and very expensive ($189 for 2 with no drinks or dessert) swing and a miss.

Food was nothing to write home about. Very expensive and lacking flavor. The steak was prepared well, but for the price I expected way more. I'd rather get Texas Roadhouse and pay way less in the process. STK Steakhouse is around this price range and offers a way better taste and flavor. Too bad STK is not in Richmond.

Last night my significant other and I celebrated his birthday in style by having dinner at Fleming's. The Service was great the Food was Exquisite and the Ambiance was Beautiful. Our server Trent J, was amazing. He was polite beyond measure, courteous and very attentive. Two other people came by our table to check on us, just to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Trust me when I say, we felt as if we were getting the "RED CARPET" treatment. This was my first visit to Fleming's but certainly will not be my last!!

Vegan options at a steakhouse for the win. It can be challenging as a plant based eater when going out with family and friends who are not. Especially to a steakhouse. I was pleasantly surprised to find more than just salad here. I started with an chickpea eggplant vegan cakes. Very tasty, a little greasy as they are deep fried. Next was a seasonal salad that was delicious and the main entrée roasted portobello &cauliflower steak. The flavor and presentation was beautiful. I think the dish was way overpriced at $42 but at least it tastes great .Vegetarian options: You can find menu items that are vegan and vegetarian

David was our waiter and he was such a great host. It was my husband and I first time there and he took the time to explain what items were his picks, what it had in it and the Valentine's special they had running as a special. The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was a bit lack luster but the service was excellent !! I ordered the lobster tails and my husband ordered the pork chop, every item on the menu came A la carte so it could be quite expensive. We got the Brussel sprouts and a pear blue cheese salad and they both were really tasty.I also ordered a long Island ice tea and it was pretty good. It made me a bit tipsy. We both said we'd try the restaurant again in the future.

Long review "Should have gone to Buckhead"The "manager" (short frumpy man with a wrinkled clothes) did not have the correct reservations. Had the name and number wrong. During the dinner service Mahkhalia was nice. We was ordering a bottle for our anniversary. Frances which was a Cabernet or Silver Gate Pinot noir. HOWEVER I do not know what genius put 2 very similar name and location of wines in the same booklet. We ordered Silver, pointed to silver on the left side of the booklet. 44$ dollar bottle wine. Mahkhalia brought the bottle but then never placed it on the table and took the menu after we gave her our orders. The audacity!!! That they gave us the wrong SILVER and was trying to charge us for 170$ for the bottle. Instead of the $44.The real manager didn't want to come and talk to us. He kept sending frumpy man who was very rude. Told us that she presented the bottle. I corrected him and said I pointed to what side of the book I was on. I even said PINOT NOIR. My fiance explained on top of that SHE NEVER placed the bottle on the tableShe put it like on the shelf behind us.Food was amazing. Scene was nice but the service was a bit off putting at the end. Smh

Food was delicious and wine was great too as always. Service was great too. The bone in strip steak and filet mignon were delicious. Lobster mashed potatoes, oyster Rockefeller and chocolate tort were all delicious. We chose one of the Valentine's Day special menus. The special butters for the bread were so good and the coffee.Vegetarian options: Vegge menu offeredParking: Shopping center area so lots of spaces.

My wife and I have been long standing patrons of Fleming's restaurants since 2007. Throughout our travels, we've made it a point to visit different locations across the country: West Hartford, Birmingham, Sarasota and Atlanta. We always appreciated the attention to detail and high quality food we received from each location. So we recently moved to VA and decided to visit the Richmond location for a post-Valentine's day dinner. This experience was not like any of the others. From the moment we arrived, the people at the front desk were not warm at all, but pretty transactional, i.e, “please wait over here.” Once we were seated, our waiter didn't show that much interest either. He didn't explain the menu items unless we asked about something specifically. Things clearly felt different from our previous experiences at other Fleming's locations. We understand that things are different in general these days, and that people in restaurants don't seem to care as much about delivering a high quality experience like they used to a few short years ago. And we could even deal with all that, as long as the food was the star of the show. But sadly, it was not. Our main courses took a full 90 minutes to arrive at our table. We noticed other guests who arrived after us actually left before us, having received their food in a much more timely manner. We ordered a filet and a NY strip along with the lobster mac & cheese for our main dishes. Both steaks were ordered medium well. The steaks arrived severely burnt as well as the Mac & cheese, a clear indication they remained under the heat lamp for an extended period of time. Since it had taken so long to receive our food in the first place, we just sucked it up so we could hurry up and leave. We drove an hour to Fleming's, as newcomers to VA, and were very disappointed (and quiet) on the way home. For $304 for two people, I would have expected a much better experience from a Fleming's establishment.
