I only go to Hardee’s for breakfast and I have been to this location three times because it is so convenient versus going to the staples mill location now I don’t mind driving the distance this will be my last time supporting this specific Hardee’s. It needs to be shut down or some reconstructing in process. I ordered two orders one which was wrong I also was given sweat tea that tasted like swamp water. Employees were eating at the window and didn’t give any greeting very unprofessional.

Hardee's gives a 15% discount for veterans I believe, and the staff does not brow beat you for asking for it. The chicken strips are the best around in a pinch.My only suggestion for Hardee's is to add a value menu

Not sure of the lady name but she was rude unattractive overweight and her hair weave could have looked a whole lot better. The audacity for her to even be at work looking like that gives black people a bad look on our race and a even bad look for Hardee’s. Plus bread on burgers was not fresh. I have had good experiences at this location but clearly this was the worst one.

First of all let me just say that l understand the employee shortage issues and know that a lot of fast food restaurants are struggling. But l go to this Hardee's restaurant fairly often, and every time I go back, l'm hoping it will be a better experience. I always get the same thing for breakfast... a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. After you order and you're driven to the window, there's a picture on the wall of what the sandwich looks like. But when you get the actual sandwich it looks nothing like the picture. The sandwich is just thrown together with no care in the world. Not to mention; there is barely any egg on the sandwich. I have to ask for double eggs just to get my full servings of egg.l got so disgusted one time that l decided to go to a different restaurant. But it didn't taste as good as Hardee's, so l came back. But you guys have to do better. Please make the sandwiches as though you're making it for yourselves. I understand it takes time, but most people don't mind waiting for a quality hot product that they are spending money for. Now let's talk about the building... l have never seen a Hardee's refurbished. Never! They have the same old drab look they had back in the 90s. The McDonald's across the street was just refurbished; which is something they do fairly often. But Hardee's; Never! I continue going there because l like the food; but y'all have to do better! Ever notice how long the lines are at McDonald's compared to Hardee's? Hmmm...

Inconsistent hours. Rode thru at 6:30 this morning, hours on the door listed as 6:00 am opening. I pulled into the drive thru, where a young lady informed me that they weren't open yet. When I asked when they would be open, she replied "I don't know, we just got here." I know things are tough right now, but come on...

Went there yesterday day morning for breakfast. Building on the outside need a good cleaning, especially the doors and windows. My biscuit was dry and in crumbles. Not nice and fluffy like I'm used to at the locations where I live in North Carolina. The country ham stank! I tried to eat it but spit it back out and tossed in the trash can! Tasted funny. On top of that, the staff was in there sounding like a commotion going on, or maybe they were just being loud, and maybe their normal. But whatever it was it came across unprofessional, and a bit ratchet. My kids' hash browns looked like they were sitting there for a while, greasy and tasted old. Detour if you think about visiting this location!

Went to this location this morning, the workers come across as "ghetto", and the building on the outside looks dirty. The windows especially needs to be cleaned. I shoulda known by that, to not order food there. My Country ham biscuit was in crumbles and the ham looked dry and smelled funny. I went back around in driveway thru to request another. Oh they gave me another one that wasn't crumbled". But this one was old and greasy and the ham was dry and smelled funny. I threw the darn thing in the trash! Never again!

Waited 30 minutes in drive through. 2 cars in front. Person could not figure out how to take our order after another 10 min we left. 40 m9ns and got no food. Worst and last Hardee's I will stop at. I would give zero stars if I could.

Great service. 2 young ladies took my order very respectfully. The manager worked the kitchen. Food was very good prepared fresh.

The service was slow. Three people that were waiting to be served ahead of me, walked out. Drive-thru service was down and most people that were asked to come in to be served opted out. I ordered the big breakfast. It was a good price and the food was good. My only disappointment was that I received 1 1/2 strips of bacon instead of two strips .
I had better breakfast in prison. How do you burn a precooked sausage patty?

Always the place to go when you need something quick to eat. Always have a smile and the food is always hot. This is my go to place for breakfast and lunch and the sweet tea is like no other. It is always made to perfection

They did have ranch or honey mustard. I order a meal didn't put my fries in the bag. My friend ordered the meal to get a gal of sweet tea. They didn't have a gal of tea so they gave him 1 large cup of tea.

Every Hardee's I go to seems to be terrible. This one lived up to my low expectations. I don't know why I keep coming back to this chain. The soda machine had no carbonation. The chicken biscuit I got was cold and tasted very salty. I have no idea why. It was disgusting. The tater tots were fine. Slow service. I was the only customer in the restaurant.
