This is hands down the best sushi I have had in the Richmond area. Fish was amazing and the prices were very fair. Finally found my new go to spot!

I've been in the hospital for nearly a month and all I've wanted was some hibatchi. He goes here to and get me me Veggie hibatchi which has chewy rice, HARDLY ANY VEGGIES, was super spicy. The salad was wailted and brown, the miso soup was awful and I couldn't eat the sushi bc it tasted like toilet cleaner with the ginger I asked not to be put on the plate.Don't ear here, I'm not worth it, and no I didn't eat it all then complain...I ate a bite of each thing, threw up, then thought about asking this necessary review.

Ordered Take out of one cooked roll and one raw roll. Both were delicious!Take out sushi always gets a little squished in the box, but still was satisfying.Would come again!The pickled ginger did seem a little off though

I came here with a friend and ordered 3 rolls. I have Celiac disease and can't eat soy sauce or I get sick so I brought my own and usually I order extra ginger and Wasabi as I can only have the more boring rolls. All the fancier fun rolls have gluten. WELL, when I ordered my food I asked the waitress for extra and she acted very strange about it and made me repeat myself while giving me a look. When my sushi came out, there was a small amount of wasabi and ginger compared to the 3 rolls I had. In fact, my friend who didn't ask for extra had more than me! (But she couldn't give me hers because it had soy sauce on it). Halfway through I asked her for more wasabi and ginger and she was clearly annoyed by my request and only brought out wasabi. She was extremely rude about a reasonable request no one has ever had an issue with at other restaurants. I would have been willing to pay extra too! The experience really put me off and the sushi wasn't anything to write home about and definitely NOT worth ever going back and giving them my business. Wouldn't recommend dining here if there are other sushi options in the area.

The sushi isn't the highest grade, but you're getting a bargain for what you're paying, and I've never had a bad experience with either the food quality or the staff.
