For the past couple weeks been trying to order pizza but they arent accepting orders online, and when i call they dont answer. the app wont open. I love the pizza but i cant order it. Been trying to order for at least 2 weeks now. Says they are open. no info anywhere saying what the issue is.

I stood there and had to listen to the manager in the back fussing at the young lady that was helping me when I first walked in. He talked down to her as if she was less than a human. I wouldn't even talk to my dog the way he was talking to her. Then I could hear her tell him that the customer has been waiting for 20 min, for an order that was placed 20 min prior, and his response was okay well they're going to keep waiting. The experience was poor to say the least smh

I've heard good things about J. Rocco's and decided to give them a try. We ordered directly from their website and the food got delivered rather quickly. While the food arrived fast, I was disappointed to see that my toppings weren't "cooked", the ingredients were still raw and it could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Additionally, it looks like they no longer use fresh mushrooms (or they ran out) as we were given canned mushrooms. The chicken poppers were good and the jalapeño ranch paired very well with it. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would order from them again (probably without the canned mushrooms and would ask them to bake the pizza for a bit longer).

I would give ZERO stars if I could! I called this shop 20 minutes before closing and asked if they were still taking orders, and was told they were. I ordered and was told to be there in 10 minutes. Since we live 8 minutes away, that was easy. We arrived 10 minutes before they closed to the doors being locked. I told my daughter to knock on the door. Someone walked over to the door, looked at her, and walked away. We thought that he was going to get our pizza until he never came back! While waiting, we called 4 times and no one answered. Needless to say, we did not get our dinner that night. I called later to speak to a manager/owner about the incident, and was RUDELY yelled at and told that we never came, that we never knocked on the door, or even called that evening, when I have the proof on my cellphone. I tried to say that I have the proof, but I was drowned out by this manager/owner yelling NO, NO, NO! Then he hung up on me! There was no reasonable discussion to be had! Such outrageously poor customer service! In this time of a pandemic, we try to support small businesses, but if they act like this why bother. Customers beware! We will not be returning, and suggest you think twice before ordering here as well!

They have the BEST pizza!! This was my first order and I went through ubereats and chose the priority option and the pizza came HOT. My order was correct and the food was excellent! Definitely going to be my go-to pizza place ?❤️

Love their pizza! Crust is medium thin, toppings are plentiful, and prices are great. Takeout special is $10 for large pizza with 2 toppings. What a deal!

The pizza was above average. I built my own with white sauce. Getting white sauce costs extra, and I don't understand why. The delivery was great. I ordered through Uber eats and it arrived quickly. My biggest complaint is the sweet cinnamon sticks: if there was a description that told me I was literally ordering pizza crust with cinnamon-sugar and oil sprinkled on it, I definitely would have saved myself the disappointment. No way are real pastries supposed to be made from standard pizza dough. Hollow, hard, and dry. I've had better from Pizza Hut.
Why would anyone order from a national franchise when local spots serve it up better?!?So good!

Ordered a Florentine pizza with a greek salad. Received a cheese pizza with no salad. Was offered cheesy bread instead (it was already part of the extended order) Charged $19.45 for a $8.19 meal. No refund. No resolution. Not going to return. Have to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Buyer beware.

J. Roccos has become my go-to pizza place! Their pizza is the best in RVA I have ever had, and the customer service is fantastic! One time they delivered the wrong pizza and let me keep that one and delivered the correct one for free within 20 minutes. They are generous on the cheese and don't overcook their pizza! I don't order from any other place. It's a bit more expensive but WORTH IT!

This is our neighborhood pizza spot and we always enjoy it! They have a 3 medium, two-topping special that is perfect for us. We all get to order what we want and then have left-overs! The cheese and sauce ratios are great. The thin crust wasn't as crispy as I would have liked the last time but overall it's some of the best pizza and we love the owners. They are wonderful community partners for local schools and charities. I've also had their salads and wings; everything is delicious!
