They were tremendously busy and I felt rude asking them to heat up the roast beef for my grandma. But they did it with a smile on their face. Then we joked about how ridiculous it is that grandma is 97.Food was terrific. Grandma kept raving about it. I told her it was subway because that's what she wanted. "Subway is just as good as I remember" ?Overall there was a bit of a wait but the customer service and food quality made it worth it.Well done staff!

These guys are so wonderful! Their chipotle mayo is so scrumptious with their cheese steak! And the bread is so great! Worth a try
Tried to get dinner from here tonight around 7:30 pm. When we walked in, a woman who appeared to be the manager said, "no,no,no" and gave us a look that was NOT friendly, to say the least. I asked if they were still open and was told they were. When the same lady asked, with an attitude, what she could get us, we decided it would be best for us to go elsewhere. There was another customer in the store who witnessed this exchange and just kept shaking her head "no". The station was a mess, which may indicate they had just finished a dinner rush. I understand how she was feeling but when you work in any kind of customer service, those thoughts and feelings should be kept under some control when customers are present.

I walked in on a Saturday at lunch time and they told me they aren’t accepting walk in customers because they had way too many orders… ridiculous. It’s a walk in sandwich shop! Refusing people due to online orders… will never go back. Absolutely stupid, lack of customer service and rude. Jimmy John’s here I come…

I like jersey Mike's because I think they taste fresher that Subway, and I think they are a lot cleaner. I'm always happy to pay 9.90 for my regular sandwich, because the associates are friendly and I've been there enough that they know me and know my preferences.Wheelchair accessibility: Along the sidewalk there are some dips in the concrete for wheel chair access, and the store is all on 1 floor.
