Reading other reviews, I already had low expectations. And those expectations were met with staff that cant complete simple orders seemingly ever. Had food missing from my order and the chicken was dry and stale. The quality of customer service in Richmond is a joke and anyone with a brain cell can see why. Never have seen such a pathetic lazy work ethic. Disgusting.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered food on DoorDash and the whole order was wrong. I tried to call the store multiple times to add sauce packets (wouldn’t let me on the site that could’ve been door dashes fault) and no one answered. By the time I got my food the store was closed. They gave me the wrong chicken and the wrong sides. Every time I come here there is a problem, this location should be closed

Have not been here since last October and got the famous bowl huge disappointment. Tough chicken , corn and four little pieces. So I returned it and got a chicken pot pie . As well I get questioned as if I am lying or being funny . No one wants tough chicken and corn plus little chicken with a bunch of gravy . Also , I get told the famous bowl is not like it use to be only get four pieces of popcorn chicken . This place has went down the creek far as quality of food and customer service.

Just shut this place down. Dining room closed and a line around the building. They mess e up my order and asked me to pull around to the front. 30 minutes later I got my order but they already had my money so I had to wait. Then when my order came outside they just chunked it in my window. Not that one more bad review will matter. Whoever owns this place obviously doesn't care.
I did an online order and it said it would be ready in a few minutes. It was then changed to about 15 minutes. I watched other people come and order after me and leave with food. I ended up waiting over a half an hour and I think it sat there for a little even though I asked about it. Then they also did not include my mashed potatoes and gravy, and ranch for the chicken nuggets. Otherwise the food was not bad.

Service was pleasant. People are okay here. Food is very greasy. Not enjoyable at all. Yes it is fast food but it used to be less greasy. I'll try the chicken pot pie next time. I seem to be on a fast food trial period. The mashed potatoes were good. Probably instant but not bad. Spouse got the fries. Said they were good. They keep the place clean. It is fast food so take it for what it is.

food wasn't very good and service was terrible as well. we went 5 hours before close and they "didn't have sweet tea" but i don't believe that. they also didn't give us the biscuits or put sauce on my sandwich. i specifically asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes and they put gravy on them anyway
