This review is for the Kroger gas station located at Willow Lawn- today's news of gas shortages and outages on the east coast had everyone in a panic. I was on empty when I got the news and had tried to gas up at another station earlier but there were chaotic lines blocking the street and I had to get back to work. Today, the cashier at customer service shorted my mother $50 dollars at the Staples Mill Rd. The manager, Tyler refused to credit her the money & said shd had to wait until tomorrow to be possibly refunded. My mom also said the cashier laughed about the situation. Totally inappropriate.
