I ordered and paid online. It took over 2 and a half hours for my order to be ready and then it was cold. The employees mover like they were asleep and never once did they apologize for the wait. If I had not paid online I would have left.

This is.by far the worst Little Ceasers I've ever been to in my life. EVERY single time I have come here it's been a long line of angry customers waiting to get decent service. Idk what the problem is but somebody really needs to get this taken care of. Especially for the delivery drivers. Nobody has time to wait 30-60 mins for a 7 dollar trip.

This little ceasers SUCKS, the staff is horrible, seems like they were never trained. The manager does absolutely nothing about the service, the quality or how disrespectful the staff is. Keep in mind I used to work here a few years ago and they would have never let things get this bad. The manager, the staff both need to be fired and either bring in people who are actually worth something or just shut this place down.Kid-friendliness: They aren’t friendly to kids or adults. There customer service is absolutely terrible.

I don't normally leave reviews, especially not negative reviews, but I'm kind of stunned that there hasn't been some kind of corporate intervention at this store. I'm sitting in the drive-thru line right now, and I've been sitting in this line for over 45 minutes. There were maybe 6 cars here when we pulled in. We're still here out of pure sunk cost fallacy, but we've been next in line to the window for 20 minutes, no joke. I'm genuinely stunned that it has taken this long. I've never encountered anything like this. We're getting two pizzas, cheese and pepperoni, and it's probably going to be Over An Hour between getting here and receiving those pizzas. Please, if anyone is reading this, staff this store better. This is not something I blame on any individual working this location. Clearly, this store is being neglected BADLY.

The food is not the problem with the store and the location. There is no type of organization AT ALL in this store. The employees have no "oomph" or speed within themselves to handle this type of work. Drive thru worker pants hanging off his butt smh. Whomever the owner is no better because it's apparent it's about money and that's it. No front line worker to work the register and not enough people working in the back to help with the oven. My first job was at little Caesars before the Skrimp Shack ever existed here and we WORKED. Tighten up and do better. Either get it together or just close because it's ridiculous with the wait times especially using the app. Absolutely ridiculous.

The parking lot is way too small for the drive-thru as it is then on top of that you either sit there and get there's a 20-minute wait / 40 minute wait for the next Pizza and then even then the pizza will be either undercooked or greasier than the fly traps at McDonald's and totally not going to mention the price going up over the past two years it used to be a $5 Pizza I get worse quality for a higher price I literally believe that the Forest Hill location is the best location outside of Richmond

Ordered online, pulled up 15 minutes later with the tracker open on my phone. Made it to the oven in 14 minutes, then spent 1 hour and 21 minutes there apparently?I asked the girl behind the counter about my order and she went looking, never came back or acknowledged me. Asked the next girl to come to the counter, and she replied, “I think it’s in the oven.” I said, “for 58 minutes now? Why was the app ever even updated then?” She simply shrugged and walked to the back.The third person to come to the front then asked again about my pizza, to be told they would have to remake it. I then promptly asked for a refund. She went and got the manager, and she decided to look before handling the refund.Lo and behold, my pizza is in the warming oven and had been there for quite some time based on its temperature. I understand y’all are paying teenagers minimum wage, and the managers barely a living wage, but come on.It’s the blind leading the blind at this place. I will never order anything at this store again, absolutely abysmal service and no desire to try and make it right.
