I would recommend some customer service remediation training for all of the employees at this location. With a lobby of people waiting, no employee was even willing to make eye contact lest they be asked to help someone, or even worse, move with any sort of purpose or speed. When I was finally able to get someone to (begrudgingly) help, she acted as though she was absolutely put upon. She literally just had to ring it up, turn around grab the pizza and hand it over. I have worked restaurants (fast food pizza ones, too) and retail. I was not rude, but I was going to ask her to do what she was there to do and not ignore everyone standing literally in front of her. Every other customer there was just as frustrated. This is not a new occurrence. This should not be the norm. Please, please it's not that hard to make pizza. Do better.

Bad service, hour and a half waiting! And to top it all off, the manager, upon hearing that I didn't speak the language well, was so Descartes when I left the room. I know that my complaint didn't get any attention from Little Pizza, but if you're a customer, you'd better go eat somewhere else, because that's where you'll sleep. and you leave angry, and hungry.

The worst little Caesar’s. Every time I come here I ALWAYS have to wait atleast 15-20 mins. So if you’re in a hurry, don’t come here. They never have anything you ask for ready. I waited so long one day in the drive thru, I left before ordering. The place is poorly managed

I wanted to place an order by phone but they never answered. When I arrived at the place I waited like 10 minutes in the drive thru to place my order. Super bad service!

I went in here with a pickup time of 5 40. I did not get my pizza until 6 30. They messed up every single one of our orders. This nice man was in there with a newborn, and he was telling the employee that he had been there 30 minutes, and wanted a refund. The employee told this man that "That's not my problem." The man in return said "I will come across the counter and slap you" in which she went and FIXED THE PROBLEM! WOW! SO IT WAS YOUR PROBLEM! I ended up getting a refund because of the mistakes, and I ordered 2 things of crazy bread and 3 pepperoni pretzel pizza. One of the pizzas was cut weird, and had a square slice. Here is pictures of the other 2. LITTLE CEASARS NEEDS TO FIX THIS! THEY LOST LOTS OF CUSTONERS TODAY!
