I tried to order a meal at the cash register, one of the employees demanded I used the Kiosk machine to take your order. I said “I don’t want to use the kiosk. “ You can’t make me order from the kiosk. The employee started using profanity at me so I walked out of the store.

I was worried about this place with the reviews but tbh it was amazing. I didn’t wait long for my food and everything was fresh and hot and on top of it a customer got into a yelling match with an employee(the customer was in the wrong) so great food and a show that was great!!

Went through drive-thru and had to wait while hearing crackling noises on the speaker until the lady returned. Asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a diet coke light ice. Went around to pay at the first window and no one was there. It appears they are understaffed. Received my meal at the second window. When I proceeded to go to work I started drinking my diet coke and realized it was full of ice. Then I bit into my sandwich and it tasted burnt. Sure enough, BOTH sandwiches were burnt! Not happy with the service at this location, the lack of following instruction and poor a quality of food.

This is a great place to visit if you like being low-key bullied by a cashier, who will then hand you a bag that's missing half of your order, but they're so mean and look at you with such contempt that you're afraid to say anything. 10/10, would be verbally abused again.

this location has the worst EVERYTHING, worst EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMER SERVICE. sadly it’s the closest location to me so i do eat here often. but i never have a pleasant experience. i always have to have my food remade at least twice before i leave. they stand at the expo station. while you stand up front waiting to be seen and ignore you.today was the first time i actually got HOT fries on the first try!

The lady was rude because she suggested using the kiosk, but she didn't even know how to operate it. Then she was mad because she had to take my order in the register. No thanks or anything. Customer service is always important. Obviously, some people sucks at their job.

This location never opens on by the posted time. 3 times tried stopping just past 6am on the way to work and they have yet to open. If they are NOT going to open at post led hours then they need to update their info
