WATCH OUT! McDonald's appears to be running a SCAM. The drive thru menu advertises a price, but the cashier actually charges you MORE than the sign says. Example: 2 McDoubles for $5 will cost you $7 once rung up.The store "claims" that Corporate is in control of the board prices and ignores all requests to change the sign, while expecting the store to charge higher prices.DON'T PUT UP WITH IT! Go in and demand the Manager refund the difference.If it is McDonald's Corporate, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND STOP RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC!!!

Some managers are just really rude like Delvin! I've witness him talking to employees any type of way, wiping nose not washing hands. Months after I had a family member work there and she over heard him saying to another manager "why is she here I dont like her" for her to report it too Hr and they absolutely did nothing. You can't treat people wrong because you dislike them. Your are going to come in contact with Manny people but have RESPECT for your workers and customers. Not too mentioned when they family member spoke on how she was treated....they slowly took her off the schedule and didn't say a word! This guy is so rude and can potentially get you a lawsuit... But yall did nothing! I saw a group text when another employee asked why she wasn't on schedule and he replied "cause I dont like you"Mcdonald's get someone else to do the job because he ain't it! Plenty of people is in need of a job, give it too someone who will respect your company. Also when I walked in on the main big table he had all the employees name and phone numbers in the public view and said it's not a big deal...um yes its is sir. Since no one felt it was important to reach out I let a nice review and everything is documented.

Waited forever in drive thru to be given no French fries with my order, drove back around and employees were rude and acted like it was my fault. French fries I was given were half full containers and old, No sauce in bags when I ordered 20 nuggets. 1/3 @ 10:30pm. I would run cameras to watch staff, highly incompetent and giving horrible food and service.

The manager, Delvin, was very rude and refused to take my order because he wanted me to use the kiosk but I didn’t want to use it because it often glitches and is always confusing to use. Another employee came to assist me but he barked at her to not take my order because he insisted I use the kiosk that I did not want to use. If I wanted to use it I would’ve but I specifically waited for someone to come help me. I asked him how long the wait will be and he said “until there’s nobody in the drive thru” which I found ridiculous so I left.
