The only issue in the service was the women that delivered our food to our car. She was kind of rude, actually. I said good morning, and she replied with, "Come on, hurry up!" No smile, no nothing except attitude. Didn't appreciate her at all!

Got home and one meal was missing from my order. Received drink and fries from order but no cheeseburgers. No receipt either to report it. Phone just rings and rings and website is under maintenance so I can’t report it. But ice cream machine is working

I just had the worst experience you could possibly imagine. I ordered ahead and paid for my order. Pulled into curb side. My app wouldn't work. I pulled over to the drive through because that's what the app told me to do. And then BJ one of the employees started screaming and flipping out and saying that I did something wrong. Literally yelling to the other employees, She then tells me do whatever you want... I want the food I paid for... Finally, the order came through on the computer screen and they realized they made a mistake. NOT ONE of the employees bothered to apologize to me! SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL IDC IF IT IS FAST FOOD! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! I don't pay for food to be screamed at by an employee because they may have had a bad day. I work IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO and NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THE WAY I WAS TREATED TONIGHT. UPDATE; The food I paid for was disgusting. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves... prices are high and food quality is at an all time low!!!

Did a mobile order. Went to the window and the atmosphere was terrible. The girl at the window was getting trained by an older women who wasn’t pleasant by any means. The girl getting trained looked so nervous. The woman training was giving her incorrect instructions on our order. If she would have taken a moment to actually “train” she would have heard what the trainee was trying to express. Wouldn’t be surprised if she no showed and quite. Fine a new trainer. If she’s the manager then that would explain why the atmosphere was so terrible.

Something needs to be done about the Manager named Michelle. She shrieks very loud constantly and berates the staff. The person taking my order had to stop as she was screeching so loud he could not hear me. I am very surprised the staff hasn't walked out due to her the way she "communicates" with them. I can't imagine they have a positive attitude when they are constantly told the are not fast enough, etc.. It makes for a very unpleasant dining experience hearing all the negative shrieking.

First time I ordered sat and waited 15 minutes as they skipped us. Said f it left drove off without ordering. Starving with my fupa touching my back. Tried again recently and it was the driest dbl qp with Mac sauce add bacon. No bacon no pickle enough onion to wake the dead half box of fries that more likely was reheated fries. 20 piece nugget oily and greasy old fries. I don't understand busy being the excuse because yall mfs wasnt busy. why would you serve food that you wouldn't give yo fam. Number 1 rule when dealing with food. Ask any true chef. Don't worry I won't be back ill just eat at home regardless of convenient it maybe. Save your money mfs

Back again on 11/22/2023, for another Awesome visit of hot, tasty, and quality food with friendly service. This McDonalds is about 12 miles from my home but well worth the drive. Order Number 321, the young lady that took my order was super friendly and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. That is true Customer Service.This place is amazing. Clean, super fast service, and workers are kind. I ordered a QPC Deluxe Meal and this usually takes 10 minutes since it is kind of a special order. After putting the order in at the kiosk, it took about 3-5 minutes before I got my order. Fries piping hot and sandwich freshly made. Coke tasted like Coke and not all the other flavors ran through the blind previously. This type service is why I come to McDonalds but do not always find it. Kudos to this establishment. Stellar service this morning! I've learned to not expect much in terms of service at McDonald's. Today, however, I was caught completely off guard. My husband and I ordered at the kiosk, there were maybe 4 other customers between the kiosks and the counter. Once we finished ordering, we started towards the counter and the front counter employee asked us if we needed cream & sugar for our coffee mid-stride. As soon as we approved, he had coffee in hand as well as our cold cup. I immediately went to grap my fountain drink and before I was done, my husband had our food in hand. It was literally 2 minutes from when we completed ordering via kiosk to walking towards the exit. The same employee bid us a good day with a genuine smile. And, yep, food was hot & fresh. Well, as fresh as McDonald's gets. The store was clean and orderly and there were several tables of older gentlemen drinking coffee and chitchatting; appeared to be regulars.

Horrible experience. UGH!!My van broke down across three ways and my kids grew hungry waiting for our ride (an hour away), so we decided to stop in to eat.While waiting to order, a young employee was mouthing off to the manager, and then to a fellow employee. The manager, to our surprise, turned around and began to reprimand the employee, out loud and in from of my family and the other customers.(One customer even asked the manager if he typically allowed his employees to talk like that!)Of course, as expected, the manager wasn't in the best of moods; but still, he managed to keep things calm and return to serving the customers.I don't think my family and I will return here any time in the near future, sadly enough.
