waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have any more spicy nuggets. then waited 10 more minutes for me to have to go inside and get the food myself. all the food was cold. i was missing items in my order as well. and most of the workers were screaming at each other and fighting, when i went inside. they also had a line around the building that was not moving at all.

For a McDonald's this place is great! Almost never messes up my order and the servers are so professional and quick. Drive thru line is almost always quick. Only forgets my sauces like 5% of the time. Very rarely do I get cold, old fries. But my friend told me if its a weird hour and not peak eating times, to ask for no salt cause then they have to make a new batch. Then you just ask for salt packets at the window.

I just had a full breakfast and orange juice, and they didn't give it to me in full. It's not the first time they've done that thing where you ask for one thing and they give you the next thing. They were supposed to bring the pancakes.

After 20 minutes of screaming babies he refused to let us have food and come back after their card system was up and running and instead told me to go to an atmosphere. Doesn't make sense to me, no heads up intercom.

Drive-Thru seemed to move faster than dine-in. Staff seems to struggle with tasks and any requests. Kiosk didn’t print receipt, hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, bathroom soap was empty. I told dining room employee about this, he directed me to two dispensers I hadn’t noticed at kiosks and didn’t see need to fix the empty ones I had tried to use. I asked him if they used the same refills (they look different) and he said he didn’t know because they have been like this since he has worked there. Trash can was overflowing onto floor and this same guy was walking around like he had no direction about what to do. Ugh.

My husband went here and ordered food, he thought he heard his number and when he went to check he saw another guy grab it so he assumed it wasn't his order, it turns out that the order was most likely his because he was there for half an hour, he finally said something to an employee and the employee starter belittling him and say he needs to pay better attention, When he got back the only thing that was right was the 20 chicken piece

Came in for a breakfast bagel and it was the best I have ever gotten from a McDonald's. The bagel was soft and still had a crispness to it. I have a new favorite McDonald's.

drive thru window employee was rude. We didn't get all our food. When I asked for. Manager the employee told me if I want to speak to a manager he told us to come inside and manager the store our selves he was extremely rude. We end up going to another McDonald's to finish getting our dinner. Even though we paid for it at the first McDonald's. So we double paid for a family of 6. When I got home to call the restaurant no own answered the phone. This is not over distract manager next phone call

I have never had a good experience with this location. They are slow, always. I understand they can get busy and it will take longer that it would if they weren't busy. But I know they could be going faster because I work in a fast food restaurant and I don't think we have ever had a line be that held up ever even with only two people working. Also they give the wrong food every single time. For example, today I pulled in with a mobile order and the line was held up which was okay I had no where else to be. Then when we finally got to the window our order was still not ready we waited a second then after we pulled off we realized they gave us the wrong sandwhich. We went inside asking for our sandwhich to be remade then waited twenty plus minutes for one sandwhich to be made. They were even getting our sandwhich I had to talk to two people plus repeat it after twenty minutes. The last time I talked to this girl and was like hey im just waiting in one sandwhich and she rolled her eyes threw her arms up and walked away. After a few minutes watching her doing everything but my sandwhich she finally came over and gave it to me.

The attached picture is our order. Notice it says no cheese. Not only was there cheese, there were two slices. The sandwich had to be thrown away because of it. The recipient cannot have cheese, and most McDonald's are able to leave the cheese off. This one? Not reliable at all. Notice the strawberry preserve packet? We received a packet of ketchup. This McDonald's seems to go in waves with their service and quality. We don't eat fast food often, and avoid this McDonalds whenever possible.
