Went to the drive thru and service was horrible, very poor had to wait for a small frappe and by the time I got to the pick up window the frappe was not what I ordered. Then they told me to pull over till they get my small frappe, waited for 20 minutes saw a server coming out with someone else food. I asked politely to find out about my order then waited another 10 minutes and when finally they decided to show up, still gave me the wrong frappe.

Comment on service:I waited at the outer drive-thru lane for someone to take my order. 5 cars have gone through the inner drive-thru lane while I still waited for someone to take my order at the outer drive-thru. I got tired of waiting so I decided to just walk in and place my order.Comment on food:I ordered a double cheeseburger and a quarter pounder with cheese. All the patties on both sandwiches were dry and noticeably thinner. Not sure if this is just from this particular McDonald's but I have noticed this to be a trend with McDonald's. Quality seems to be declining.

I’ve never left a McDonald’s review before but I felt the need to do this one. This McDonald’s ALWAYS does a good job. I don’t know if just always go at a good time but the food is hot and fresh. And they’re always fast! Plus nobody usually has a bad attitude.
Have been several times to this McDonald's because its conveniently on the way home but 3/5 through the drive thru you will not get your complete order,last time i went i ordered two10 peace nugget and came home to see I had just gotten 1

Overall this place has a heavy turnover rate and that being said is why the service and food is always either they don't have the shakes or ice cream or frappe or that there's just a short-handed Nest there but regardless the ones that have last of the Sands time and are true champions I tip my hat and give my full respect to for his heavy of a consistent rate of customers come steady off the 95 and throughout the local area the OG crew there keep that place going no matter who doesn't show up
